    I ordered a RV part from this company that they said was in stock. After waiting weeks for my part I contacted the company about my part and was told they were waiting for a shipment from a company going out of business. Every couple of weeks I would email and ask where my part was only to be told they are waiting. I finally canceled my order and requested my money back. They have been telling me for months that they are refunding my money but I have not received anything back. I would just like my money back. The uploaded emails are just a sample of what I have been going through the last few month trying to get a refund.

    I ordered parts from this company and promptly cancelled the items. The company had already charged my debit card and stated they would issue a refund immediately and it should be refunded within three days. Weeks later i still have no resolution and am therefore out $770.05 for something i never received. How can businesses like this be allowed to continue functioning?

    Sept 28/23 Ordered Ignition coil part #A043K694, their order # *****, shipped Sept 29/23 **** Priority Mail. Rec'd package Oct 10/23. It was wrong part number.Oct 10 requested permission to return Oct 16 requested again. Their response "We will check with ****"Oct 25 3rd request to return.     I returned a non-working item AUG 29th 2023 Tracking number 1ZX3A4260300877348 (SCAN 03)Item was received by them on sept 5th 2023 (SCAN 02) Oder status was changed to Partial refund (price of item less shipping (Scan 01) Hundreds of emails with excuse after excuse as to why he could not send me the refund. On Oct 17th 2024 At last they made the offer to make SMALL payments until it was paid off. (Scan 04)I ask for full payment of $223.49 (price of item less shipping)

    This started back in August of 2023 I purchased seals for a leveling **** which ended up being the wrong ones. Sent them back along with the old seals to see if they could match them up with another kit. Gave them 10 days or so emailed them Ill check with guys downstairs (got that one a lot) emailed back and forth ended up getting the parts elsewhere and asked for a refund. ***** emailed back order status changed to refunded, did this a couple of times. Emailed back and forth no refund on the card. Last email said Ill look into this I understand your frustration which was on 1/524. Its like he plays dumb. This has has been going on for months. Should not be in business long pulling this ****.Tenser

    We operate a mobile RV repair company and purchased a part from their website December 5th. After multiple days we reached out to ask status of our order and it was always its shipping tomorrow (we have the emails to support this) to this day its has not shipped, still says awaiting shipment, and parts no longer responses to email as we now need the order cancelled and we ask for a refund as the clients will not be available for us to complete the repairs as the part is taking to long to arrive.     Ordered a part shows shipped but never picked up by FEDEX. Package not available for pickup. With all the complaints why is not the owner charged with fraud? I should have checked reviews but I didn't. That doesn't give the individual owner of the company an excuse to perpetrate fraud on going. The company owes me the part I ordered or a full refund. This incident happened 01/18/2023. With 2 day delivery.
