      I ordered a few bathing suits from this company and have not received the items. The information provided for tracking my package shows it has not been shipped and it has been 2 weeks since I ordered. I contacted the company stating I have not received my order and the tracking info provided states it has not been shipped Here is what they emailed me: Here's a brief overview of the shipping process for an order: Shipping time: 7-16 working days (standard) or 3-7 working days (expedited). 1-3 days after shipment: You'll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. Your package can be tracked on https:/*******************. 3-5 days after shipment: If the logistics information isn't updated, it's normal and doesn't mean your package isn't in transit. 7-10 days after shipment: The package is being delivered to your local area. It will be updated upon arrival and delivered soon. If you have received it, please make sure the item is in good condition. More than 16 working days after shipment: Our logistics department is verifying the situation with the company. Typically, investigations like this take at least about 3-5 days to gather accurate information and provide conclusive results. If you haven't received it, contact us for an update. This shipping process seems to be a bit unusual and I would not order from them since you may not receive your order. The tracking info is not helpful and doesn’t provide current updates for tracking your package. I do not trust this company will be sending my products. It takes an extremely long time to receive them if they are even n their way. I still have yet to see they have even been shipped 2 weeks after ordering for them. Beware and do not order from this company!

      I placed an order for 1 clothing item on 6th November 2022 – CHLORINE RESISTANT LIFE SWIM BIKE SHORT SIZE 16. Out of habit, I checked the return/exchange policy before placing my order. I received the package on the 14th November 2022, and immediately tried on the pants only to find I couldn’t even get the pants up my legs as they were not true to size. I reached out to the business, Curveswell 15th November 2022and asked for return address info since I need to make a return. I’m fully aware the return shipping cost of my responsibility I followed the strict guidelines not to jeopardize the return/refund policy. They said “How about you keep the item and we refund you $8 as compensation and offer you 20% off coupon for the next order? “ I paid AUS $44.37 hence their compensation offer was an insult. Sadly, there is no # to be able to speak to a live person. Please assist in getting me a full refund for these swim pants. **** ******** email **********@hotmail.com.au (Australia)

      September 11,2022 I ordered a swimsuit and paid with PayPal. When it arrived, there were no papers with it, and no return address. The swimsuit is too small and I want to return it. Curveswell does not answer any of my email requests, and when I enter my order number, it only stays in place/no response. I know now this company is not really legit, and only wants to send out orders, but is not concerned about customer satisfaction. A very expensive lesson to learn!

      Ordered four bathing suits from this site. Oder #**********-******-*** fir a total value of $170.96 Canadian. Not one of the swimsuits was try to size so I tried to return them following curveswell.com site instructions. I have been trying to contact them as per site instructions through ********************** I have sent several emails to them as you must make contact with them in order to return merchandise and the guarantee a call back/contact within 24 hours. To date I have still heard nothing and their instructions state returns must be made within 15 days. The payment was made through PayPal and the transaction cannot be reversed. Please advise what I can do and where I can warn other shopper to avoid this site. I can forward you proof of purchase and shipping from CurvesWell confirmation if required. Please advise. I look forward to hearing from you ***** *****

      I ordered three swim suits from Curveswell.com. After receiving the suits they were not true to size and s***ral sizes too small. I contracted the company on June 17, 2022 and requested return information as well as instructions on how to obtain a refund. I had already replaced the suits and did not want to continue by exchanging them. I had responses from 4 different people,. ***, *****, ****, and *** up until 6/30/22 and I have gotten nothing since. I was instructed to send the clothing back with a tracking number, which I did. It was received the day after I sent the package. I inquired about the refund I was promised after they received the shipment, and that is when the communication ended. I wrote back asking multiple times with no response, and then I informed them that I would filing a BBB claim.

      I placed an order for 3 bathing suits on March 19th for a total of 91.38 USD. On March 21, $110.72 was changed to my credit card. The order shipped on April 14th. The order arrived Monday, May 9th. Having tried on the bathing suits, they did not fit. On Thursday, May 12th I emailed the company requesting a return. They said I was over the 15 day since delivery deadline. I wrote back saying the tracking sheet states they were delived May 9th and would like a return. They will not answer any other emails. The order number is **********-******-*** I would like to return the bathing suits and have a refund of my money.

      I ordered a swimsuit from CurveSwell. It turns out it is too small so the day I received it, I contacted the company via e-mail to ask to exchange it for a larger size. I received a reply the next morning saying I could exchange it but would have to pay shipping charges both for return and for sending the larger size. That sucks but I can live with it. The problem I am having is they are giving me the runaround about how to return the item. All I want is a return address to send it to, plus any form they might require. After two rounds of e-mails, I've only gotten as far as confirming twice that the swimsuit is too small and confirming twice that I will pay for the shipping. Reading the other BBB reviews, I see that this is how they operate. The items have to be shipped out for return within 1 week, so if they delay in sending me the information I need, they don't have to accept the return. Now all I want to do is return the swimsuit and get my money back. After that I want nothing to do with this company.

      Dare of transaction - April 19, 2022. Ordered two bathing suits that did not fit. Order #**********-******-*** that did not fit. Cannot find a way to return suits no matter where I search on their site. Would like to have way to return them and get a refund. I now do not trust this company curveswell and do not know what to do.

      I purchased two bathing suits from this company. They lie about when they ship your product. This was the first problem. One of many. There’s no point in sharing what I spent or order numbers because they won’t do anything to fix the problem. That’s evident in their rating. I just want to get a refund but it’s impossible. I just purchased at the beginning of March of 2022. My order arrived and the bathing suits are in ziplock bags with no tags. They do not arrive as pictured or as described. The sizing is so off that it’s not even funny. Upon reaching out to the company as they instruct you do and upon doing so in the very small window they allow, they then keep you going back and forth in emails telling you to describe the problem. Then they send another email after you reply asking you if you read the sizing guide before purchasing trying to blame it on you. Then they ask you to measure the bathing suit at home and take pictures and send it to them. That’s when I lost it. Absolutely ridiculous. They are intentionally making it impossible to return and intentionally sending you the wrong things to exhaust the buyer and keep their money. I didn’t even know if I should file this complaint or file it as a scam because that’s exactly what it is. Please do anything you can to shut these people down. They are just stealing money and sending you questionable products that have no tags.

      I want them to give me a refund for the swimsuit prior to sending it to them because they have reviews that state people never got their refund. I know they won’t send one but it’s worth a shot.

      I ordered 2 bathing suits from Curveswell. They came in and did not fit. I requested to send them back and it took 3 emails for them to finally give me an address to send them back. They asked if they could give me a discount to keep them. I told them no- they don’t fit! They gave me the return info and said I had to give them the tracking number when I mailed it back. I did as they asked. I mailed it back and heard nothing. I checked the tracking and it was delivered but I still have no refund and now they will not answer my emails. So now they got my money and the bathing suits back.
