    I had ordered three swimsuits from this company and mid January and received them on Monday Feb. 12th. I first had to contact them regarding my tracking number because on their website under my account it said I had placed no orders but they were able to provide me a tracking number. Eventually the package should come. It contained two of the bathing suits that I did order and then a pair of hello Kitty pants or robe that I haven't opened in fear of not being able to return it.I've emailed them a couple times and they are just giving me the runaround asking for the shipping label which was on the outside of the bag and it was so wadded up and taped over three or four times from going through customs but it was unreadable and I had a tear it open where the shipping label was to even open the package. They're requiring me to have a perfectly readable label which was not provided hence the package being wrapped tightly in a ball with multiple labels over each other, an invoice which was not given to me and they want the tag and SKU number on the product but don't want me to open the bag. Nonetheless there is no tag on this Hello Kitty item, which is not even advertised on their website as a product to purchase. I just want the refund for the bathing suit I did not receive and will gladly ship them back this hello Kitty item that they don't even offer.

    I purchased 7 swimsuits in early August 2023. After disliking the fit of 4 of them, I requested a refund from Meet Curve. I actually got a response very quickly, which explained that I could either keep the items for a partial refund, or return the products unworn for a full refund. I choose a full refund as I had not worn any of the suits, and took pictures of the tags on and protective linings in each suit as proof. I got the return address and mailed the suits back in mid-August 2023 (paying $63.97 to do so, because of size/weight/shipping fees). Meet Curve confirmed I had followed all the directions and that payment should come within 30 days. Its now mid-November 2023, and I have yet to have my return processed/be refunded the money. After multiple emails, they say there is a problem with their refunding system, and they hope to resolve it soon. This company owes me $129.56. I wish I hadnt ever purchased from this company, and had read some of the reviews beforehand. Buyer beware.

    Bought several bathing suits but from Meet.curve but one did not fit. Customer service would not give me address to send back. After several emails I agreed to a refund of $17 even though item was more than $30 but they won’t give me the refund.

    Business Meet curve will not respond to emails for a return order. You can only return items after they give you a return address. They wait until your 15 day return window is closed and they keep your money!!!!!

    I emailed customer service on 7/2/23 requesting the address for returns as per their return policy. It is now 7/15/23 and after multiple back and forth emails they still have not sent the address to return the items. Instead they offer to refund significantly less than the amount I spent and a $5 coupon for me to keep the items that I cannot wear. They take days to reply to my emails and fail to supply the simple requested information, the address to return. Their policy is that they do not refund returns received after 15 days. Definitely feels like a scam and like I’ve been robbed.

    Geez. My complaint is identical to all the complaints I just read. Their return policy states 'Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests will not be accepted." I purchased 1 swimsuit, need to return it. It didn't fit. Items received it 06/28/23. Emailed their "customer support" because there is no phone number to obtain return information on the website. No response for 48 hours. I then get a response asking me to keep the swimsuit and they will give me a $35 credit toward a future purchase. I see nothing else I would buy, especially after the customer service issue. Then they asked me to keep the swimsuit and they'd refund $11. Wait! What?! $11 for a $35 + taxes swimsuit? NO. It may not be much to others, but $35 is to me. I then emailed for the return address/info again. 48 hours later I get another response stating their return address is in "Secaucus NJ 07094". Still no actual address and they were still asking me to keep the swimsuit with completely ridiculous offers. I DON'T WANT TO KEEP THE SWIMSUIT. IT DOESN'T FIT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I don't want a partial refund. They are wasting my "15 days" of being able to return these to get a full refund of $35. SCAMMERS

    This company gave me the run around when trying to make a return. They responded to my initial email about wanting a return, but they didn't give a return address and say there are only 15 days to return the item. I emailed multiple times after and got no response.
    This company is not legitimate.

    I ordered swimsuits from the company meet curve. I am trying to return my order for another size they are not reaching out to me to give them an address to sent the items back so I can get my money back. They actually want me to keep the items and give them as gifts to friends. Items do not fit I do not want to keep them. I deserve to be able to return something and I am asking for an address a simple address and the money ti be returned. Simple and I am not getting anywhere.

    I placed an order for a swimsuit with meet.curve & received the swimsuit. It ran small in the torso. I decided to return it. The return policy says that you have to email them your order number, reason for return & they will provide a return address for return within 15 days. I did this (#******************) on 6/1/23. I immediately received a reply saying a ticket had been created. I heard nothing back from them & decided to reach out again on 6/3/23. I received the same message w/ another tix number. On 6/5, I got the following reply from customer service:

    Sorry to hear that. We can certainly help you with this return request.
    We are very grateful that you have shared with us the reason for your return. We will keep improving and try our best to satisfy our customers.
    Let me show you return instructions:
    1. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package).
    2. We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost. Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the address. ( not the address on the package.) Otherwise, we are afraid that we do not accept returns and no refunds.
    3. We are happy to refund the price of item/s you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So please to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
    About your return request ,would it be a considered solution that we offer a $5 coupon and $5 partial refund for your next order as compensation and you keep the item you would like to return please?
    No worries ,if you would like to return for a refund , we will proceed to the next step.

    5-10-23 ordered $133 of product from meet.curve. Emailed company after delivery to return all items. They responded saying I could get either a partial refund or I could ship items back. I emailed them 4 times in the past 2 days to either get address to return or find out what partial refund would be. No one has responded!
    This company only gives a very limited return window, so they purposely don’t respond to your emails about returns so that it will exceed the return window time. I am requesting a full refund!!
