3 starsWell, if you choose cheaper model - Jacuzzi probably is still fine. But stay away from expensive models. Here is my experience. 3 years ago I bought most expensive J-485 (with lites, and music, and waterfall, double filtration, UV, etc.). And with cellular connectivity (WiFi was not an option). And I really enjoyed it for the first 2 years. It is so convenient to operate your Tab from cell phone App... But now the connectivity is not working anymore. Explanation from support: that device use 2/3G and that technology is neutrally decaying as cellular providers do not maintain those 2/3G servers any more... What?!! 5G was here 3 years ago! And you sold me 2G?!! In most expensive model?! Well, I wish I new this detail back then. This would be a huge red flag for me. This, plus few issues during warranty period (lights broken twice, cracked plastic regulators, decayed pillows...). And on top of that dealer, who sold me the Tab, is now out of business. And I suspect I know why ;)Basic functionality (heating, filtration) is good though (with UV and secondary filtration you can keep twice less chlorine level). That's why I think cheaper models (without all that fancy stuff) should be Ok.Review fromMecca G

1 starPlease do not deal with Jacuzzi. Big thief. The company took from me ***** dollars for installation only for 4 bathrooms. They made me pay all the materials, the sinks, the vanities, the cabinets the two glass showers and without mentioning the delays and bad measurements from the beginning to provoque delays. No supervisions, no follow-up. The worst company I have ever dealt with. It was a nightmare. I was watching the work that was not worth ***** dollars. Never never never again with Jacuzzi. I do not want to hear about this company anymore. What made me write the review not to be a victim of this worse company and to warn people. I saw today an add that shocked me: your dream bathroom in one day with Jacuzzi, waiving all installation costs PLUS oh my gosh. It is a big joke!Review fromJeff R

1 starShame on ****** for using such a poor vender to represent their company. From contract signing it took almost 3 months for the install. Paid a premium price and expected ****** quality. Just like others have mentioned, wrong materials and accessories were on the order. Took weeks of my personal follow-up to get the right items. City inspector never showed up. I still have a patched hole in a bedroom wall waiting and waiting for them to repair. Also, have YET to receive my ****** gift card. DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS FOR YOUR BATHROOM REMODEL. RUN AWAY!!!Review fromJohn D.

1 starI bought a Jacuzzi J 470 2014 model. The control panel/circuit board is not communicating and that spa pack is no longer available. They got a new spa pack from another company that per local dealer costs between $2000 to $2500 plus labor. This tub cost 12.5 grand in 2014 and its obscene that this is an issue. Jacuzzi itself just says there is nothing they can do outside of the new spa pack. This shouldnt be legal.John D.

I called Jacuzzi today to ask how long their parts are available on a new tub. My concern is how do you know when their company will switch to different parts and then you can no longer get them. At that point you have a very expensive tub that will never work. In the case of the tub I have, the company that made the spa pack went out of business. The representative said the reason they worked with balboa spas to get a spa pack for that tub was that some people still had tubs from that year that were under warranty. So it sounds like if the warranty is done, Jacuzzi has no legal obligation to provide parts. From the consumer perspective there is no way to forecast how long a replacement part would be available. And in my case they ended up partnering with another company, but the cost of the spapack is much more expensive than the original line would be, its generic, and per my local dealer Tarson, is only under warranty for 180 days. When you buy these tubs there is no perception given to the consumer that these potential pitfalls are out there. I am completely disgusted with Jacuzzi. IReview fromwilliam Q

1 starI bought top of the line hot tub, or so I thought. Spent $20,000 on a J575 in 2018. Was delivered in June. After a few months the top lightning strip on one side started dimming out and eventually stopped working. Contacted service. They were nice, but it took forever (months) to get the part replaced. I would take a day off of work and wait for the service, no one would show or call, then I would receive an email they cancelled my appointment. When called they said they didnt have my part, so they cancelled. If they knew a day before the scheduled service they had no parts, why not call the client? Awful! They replaced my light strips 2 times now. Every time I got a different answer as to why it keeps breaking. First time they tried to blame me and how I balance the water chemicals. Last time, a year ago I was told my previously installed strip was a bad batch off the assembly line. The service tried to make me pay for the parts at $1500 or so because it wasnt under warranty anymore but I argued and I escalated the issue, as it was ongoing since I purchased the hot tub. And they waived that fee. Not my fault it takes them months to get parts replaced while my warranty is running out of time! It took forever to get the strips, then winter came and I was told its better to wait a few months until summer,Well today both sides, 2 light strips are out again. I already emailed them what is the warranty on their parts.I dont think they will do anything.I had to replace my cover already as well, as it became water logged and extremely heavy, after only 1 year. It took a very long time to get it replaced, but they did replace it as it was under warranty. I hired a local hot tub guy to replace my heater this November as it stopped working. He said the light strips will never work for long as there is a flaw in the design and they start at the worst spot for electronic parts, right under a waterfall.I know one thing; I bought a $20,000 lemon.Review fromraymond l

1 starPurchased a J200 in 2021 from dealer . Delivery and set up by the dealer was good. First thing we noticed during setup was *************** insulation...so cheap looking. Then the display panel is so poorly lit that it is almost unreadable during daylight. Then a leak at the pump coupling, then a malfunction of the control. I would not buy Jacuzzi again or recommend.Review fromAna M

1 starIm very dissapointed with the service received by Jacuzzis.I bought a pool spa and the motor got ruined and it was under warranty. Ive been waiting for the part for 3.5 months and still the part hasnt come. Now that winter is near i asked for help with the spa as I dont want pipes to freeze. I spoke several times to customer service to followup and no solution was given only that the part wasnt here. I had to talk the manager she offer service at 159 i agreed aftter a week the appointment hasnt been schedule, ive send follow up emails with no luck i spoke with chat service in the website and they can only come dec 12 after all the explanation offering to pay technician over time or additional fee to come this week to avoid the spa to ruin the answer was no. no one cares my spa can freeze due to them not getting my part. Im very dissapointed. They only send me a winter guideline expecting for me to put a ceramic heater inside the spa a very dangerous thing for someone that doesnt have experience. To add what jacuzzis is asking me to do with the heater contradicts the safety guidelines from the heater. I believe they dont send technician as they are trying to avoid responsability Still have no technician appointment and no solution Becareful when buying a spa with them They simply dont care i truly recomend you to look for other Spa Sellers or at least ask this questions if it happens to you to see what answers you get *********** very dissaponited my spa can ruin no one caresReview fromkeith f

1 starPoor quality control.....worse service.
I bought a brand new Jacuzzi 3-seat hot tub 10 months ago. I have already had 4 service calls to repail a broken jet, broken lights, and a bad jet switch that was not properly installed.
The lights where broken when the tub was delivered. I didnt notice it until I saw rust forming aronnd the light. Waited 2 months for 2 small replacement bulbs.
When I called the dealer about the leak they said I was filling the tub too full and that was causing the leak. I then contacted Jacuzzi directly and their Support people said the same thing. I told them it would be a poor design to knowling have water leak out from INSIDE the tub...directly over electrical components. After numerous calls to the dealer, I finally got a competent tech to come back out and he IMMEDIATELY found the problem: A jet swiitch was not poperly installed and would leak when the water level rose over the jet vale (which is well below the the top of the tub). 3 phone calls and 4 visits to fix an OBVIOUS problem.
And to top it all of....getting replacement parts has been a nightmare! I am currently waiting 7 weeks for replacement jet and as well as parts to repair the leaking valve.
COVID is no longer a viable excuse for such terrible support.
