    I placed an order with Meet Curve on 5/10 and I received the items on 5/24. I no longer wanted the items so I emailed them on 5/24 to request a return label for a full refund. They have yet to provide me with a return label or start the process of my refund. They are now saying they will give me back $20 when I paid $85.10. I have not worn the items nor do I want them. All I want is my money back and I will never order from them again. The have a 15 days return policy but theyve wasted 5 days already with the back and forth and not providing me with what I want. This company is a scam and their website should be taken down. They dont have a phone number for customer service. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I purchased swimwear through the website *************************************** on 3/24/25. When I received the order, 2 of the 4 items did not fit well. I reached out to Meet.Curve's customer service om 3/29/25 requesting a return label. Since then, I have only received 3 responses. The first response on 3/31/25 was an inquiry about which items I wanted to return and to state what the issue was from customer service team member ******. Then, on April 1, a new customer service **** **** informed me that their return city is ********* NJ and would I consider a gift card instead and that I could keep the items. If not, they would refund me $18 and I could keep the items. When I declined and asked again for the return label, the final correspondence from them on 4/2/25 (**** was still the customer service **** was to allow me to keep the items and get a $33 refund. It then said that if that offer would not work, they outlined what I need to make sure of before I could return it but did not provide the address for return.Since April 3, I have emailed them daily requesting a return label and have not received a response.

    I purchase swimsuits from this company on 3/6/25 for the amount of $202.34. I received the items on 3/20/25. I sent an email on 3/21/25 at midnight after deciding to return the items because the quality and fit of the items were not what I was looking for. I emailed them and received a response on March 21st only offering me a gift card or a refund of $39. I declined and asked for shipping info to return items for a full refund. They responded on March 23 to offer me $65. I declined but they still have yet to give me an address to ship items to and also stated they can decline return items. Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we can not issue a refund for it. The items I received have the crotch stickers that are removed or came damaged. They are making it difficult to receive a return and I have never worn these items. I think they are doing this to not accept the returns and are fraudulent in their poor business practicing by lying about free returns

    Received items that do not fit and cannot get in touch with anyone to set up a refund and return. Sent 3 messages through email to their service team and no one responded.

    I ordered bathing suits from meet.curve on Feb 16th 2025. Order number: E21250216194157603. I paid $82.97. I used Afterpay thinking it would create security for the order or the refund. I received the items. I know they have a 15 day return policy. The items did not fit. I contacted them to start a return the same day I received the items in the mail. They tried to haggle me on the refund such as if I keep the items they will give me $18. This went on for a few days before I demanded the refund. Finally they said they would refund me the amount of $62.23 if I sent back two of the items. Which I did. I also provided them with a tracking number and picture of the receipt. They also confirmed the received the items but could not refund me because of chargeback. I did not contact my bank. I did dispute on Afterpay which has been closed and they would not help me. I have a payment coming up and I dont want it taken out and all I want is my money back. The meet.curve will not give me a phone number they keep saying they cant refund. They are a scam! And then Afterpay isnt helping me either.

    I ordered several swimsuit tops and bottoms. Order date 3/2/25. Received 3/7/25. First return request email sent 3/7/25 with no response. Second return request email sent 3/9/25 with a response of offering a "partial return" for keeping the items. Third return request email sent 3/10/25 with no response. In my emails I have clearly stated I "want a full refund, I want the return process activated and I want the return address label email to me". The company will not reply. The return policy on the website states. "Online purchases made through ************************** can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Please note that the shipping address on the package is not the return address. After you confirm with our customer service team, they will provide you with a return address and instructions.Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at ********************************** to get a return authorization and return address, stating your order number and reason for return.Step 2: After receiving your email with the exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. Step 3: You will receive the refund within one week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)"

    I purchased two swimsuits online and received them by *****. They are way too large. I followed the return instructions on the website. It took several days to receive a response, in which they haggle, offering a partial refund & gift card. They wrote the return address is different from the order address, but did not supply it. I've sent several requests via **************** support chat. But haven't had any response. They are delaying this return/refund past the 15 day policy. This is dishonest and bad business practice.

    Placed order on Meet Curve website on 1/7/25. After items were received, I requested return shipping label from company for return of items I was not keeping (>$100 worth of merchandise). Customer support responded the next day offering me a $30 gift card instead of a refund and refused to provide a return shipping address. This company is a total scam.

    On August 1, 2024, I paid Meet.Curve $93.96 and was informed on August 3, 2024, that the items had shipped. As of today, August 22, 2024, I have yet to receive the items, and the last note in the tracking information states:2024-08-13 23:38 *******************, ** *****, Departed Shipping Partner Facility, **** Awaiting Item -> Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 11:38 pm on August 13, 2024 in *******************, IL *****. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package.For eleven days, **** has been awaiting the item and has yet to receive it, and Meet.Curve's customer service has been incredibly unhelpful in determining where my package is. Upon requesting a refund for the items (as they appear to have gone missing), the company refuses to refund my items because they're "in transit." I even promised to send the items back to them if they were to ever arrive; yet, the company still refused to offer a refund.I fully believe I have been scammed and will never see these items or my money.

    On 8/7/24, I purchased a swim suit from the company Meet Curve. In the days following, I received a tracking number that didn't seem to work. I reached out and was provided with a second number. After several days, I noticed that new tracking number seemed wrong. I suddenly began showing scans through customs BEFORE I even purchased. As if this was someone else's tracking info. I reached back out and was given another number. It too was empty and has no activity. A week later, I randomly get an email from Meet Curve that my item has been lost. I'm provided tracking number #3, but it tracks an item prior to my purchase as well. Reach back out, I'm given tracking number #4!! This one shows a label has been created, but it was created BEFORE I purchased. I've asked for a refund based on empty tracking and not having received my products. I've always been asked in broken English "please customer, we appreciate you wait more days". There's also the claim my item is in transit, but is NOT. They keep saying they can't refund because it's on the way. I've been threatened that my credit will be ruined if I try to dispute with my bank. However, because I used Apple Cash, neither apple or my bank can help because Meet Curve has to agree to refund me, but will NOT>
