I mistakenly ordered an vitamin supplement online, something that I know I should not have done because it seemed like a scam but when I didn't get a receipt I knew it was a scam.The charges posted under the name KEEPSAKE PHOTOGRAPHY SUPPLIES. I got a welcome email from them that said Welcome To Tailormade Fit App giving a website of; *********************************** and the customer service # ************** and a email address of ************************************ I called the company at ************** and was told that they handle calls for numerous companies (apparently all scams) I was told the company is called NATUREKA LABS but I cant find that at all.The company said the small shipping and handling charge is just a way to get you on an automatic delivery system so therefore they keeping my credit card number and that's not legal. I just wanted to try it first and the ad seemed very legit. They force customers to be on a automatic delivery system by hiding the terms in very small print so now when they have your credit card number they can charge it whenever they want even when its not authorized, so now I will have to call up customer service again and ask to have my account deleted as well as all my personal information removed, whether they're going to remove my account and my credit card number is something that really should be looked and fully investigated by the **** and the Better Business Bureau,These criminal acts should all be illegal, just the ethics and integrity of these companies is setup for one reason only to scam customers which MUST BE ILLEGAL and these companies must be held accountable for all the customers they scammed in the past and present.These companies are a part of all the unethical and morally corrupt criminal enterprises and must be kicked out of the online shopping market and penalized to the fullest extent of the law.these companies play these online scams on anybody which shows the lack of moral integrity and the illegal and criminal action they perpetrate daily for a buck.
