The Dental Group of Chino Hills is overcharging clients to receive money from insurance companies. I received treatment on 11/12/21 to receive a cleaning. I was told that they could not do a deep cleaning since I had a cleaning during summer 2020. The dentist, Dr. ******** Slade then said she wanted me to have. Cleaning and laser treatment same day. After speaking with **** from the front desk and having the cost of the procedure happening and it was made clear I did NOT have a payment out of pocket. 2 weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $218. When I contacted the dental office they explained the insurance did not pay for parts of my services which is odd because this is my first appt all 2021. This dental office is overcharging insurance companies and giving false information to clients and sending bills in the mail. This company should be looked into and issues must be addressed. I went to another dental office and did not have any payments out of pocket. Chino Hills Dental Group is scamming people out of their money and they should be investigated immediately.
