  Had a clogged toilet. Adver t ized. 79 dollar diagnostic fee. No snake n or other diagnostics done Took toilet off and had me sign for some **** fee. Asked about diagnostics. He said it would be 300.more to put toilet back on and put snake down. Said cheaper just to get a new toilet. I couldnt afford another 300 dollars He went to ********** and bought the. ******** brand pluming supply they selll. Showed me no reciept. Put new toilet on. Had told me it was a very good nrand and i knew glacieer bay was their lowest line and cost about ****** he kept having sign a tablet with no numbers. Then he said it would be 1914dollars and he expected that when he left. Had gone 3 days without a toilet do felt i had to do it. Was given no reciepts. I am an older female and felt i was just being taken advantage off. Absurdly high price to replace a toilet with a cheap one. If id known someone theyd have done it for me for a fair price. This is a fraudulent sc a mming outfit Id advise no one to use them.

  Do not use Attaboy plumbing out of *****. Do not let any plumber from this company into your house! This company has been robbing people for 20 years with their outrageous prices. They were called to my elderly, disabled aunt and uncles house to clear a kitchen drain. The plumber said he wouldnt go into the house unless they agreed to a $79 diagnostic fee. Although this is typical with plumbers, after he snaked the drain within a half an hour, he gave them a bill for $568. He justified that price by giving them a $25 senior discount off that amount, which my uncle paid in cash out of their meager savings. I contacted another local plumber after I learned of this over-charge and was quoted $125 for snaking a kitchen sink with possible coffee grounds clogging the pipe. I thanked him for the quote and explained what another plumber had charged my aunt and uncle in ********* and he said, let me guess was it Attaboy plumbing? He said they are making a very bad name for themselves around town, but are getting away with overcharging people. I then called and asked Attaboys dispatch lady to have the owner contact me to discuss the outrageous amount charged for a simple drain snake, that did not involve taking anything apart or removing any tree roots, etc. which would justify the high charges. I received a call the next morning from ****, the owner of Attaboy plumbing. I explained the situation, but he arrogantly refused to return any money to my relatives. He said those are our prices out of the price book. I told him I was reporting his shady overpricing practice to BBB and he said, No, youre not going to do that. I told him I was going to help my relatives file with small claims court and he said, No, youre not going to do that. Theyre not getting any money back from me. Have a Merry Christmas.   Do not call attaboy plumbing I had a leak in my bathroom July 9 2024 called these guys he came in said he was going to work I show him the bathroom he says he needs to cut through the slab find the problem than he leaves for hours comes back and starts drilling in slab on one of the many trips out to chat I asked what this was costing because it was never said he stated $6895 but not to worry insurance covers this I was still a little worried I don't know if insurance covers these issues but he just kept insisting that they do he works with them over this all the time..ok what else am I to do he here he already worked some. By evening he says he found the leak but in the process drilled through another pipe and my slab under wall so he will fix that and the pipe that was leaking and turn on water awhile after that he turns on water checks and comes out to let me know there is another leak that he will fix this and get the water on by now its like 8 pm about 10 he says he has to finish tomorrow I ask how much is this going to be he says just a bump more. so he says he will be back early the next day about 930 he shows up now I have dryers here so now he cant do much than he4 leaves again for awhile when he comes back he goes in to finish this one pipe by 6 pm he was finally done that was with concreting the hole too and the total was ***** with no explanation to this price no pictures of what was broke nothing the only pictures he had was of the hole he made and the pipes he installed we don't know what ones he damaged or if we had as many leaks as he is claiming we got one picture of a pipe with a small hole that wasn't even our pipe insurance denied the claim because his story kept changing and there was no pictures so they couldn't determine why or what caused the damage and could only help with some of the water damage but i am still with the bill of *****. we have been calling emailing sent certified letters with no response or the addresses are wrong.

  Attaboy Plumbing has a new way of helping you save for your next plumbing need. Over 4 months ago they were paid upfront for plumbing work, and surprise it came in under the estimate. STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO RETURN $2000. I volunteered to come get the money, but their Chico businesses moved or closed and they refuse to give me the new address. So as a rating I give the -10.Well two weeks after they admitted money was owed, guess what. STILL NO MONEY. This money is owed to the widow. She is still waiting.I wonder if they will let YOU go over 4 months without paying your bill.This is a picture at their business address. And this is the standard answer Hello *****, Sorry for the misunderstand I hope you allow us to turn that 1 star into a 5 star.Were here for you in the *********** us anytime.Attaboy Plumbing

  $9,000 just to dig a hole and to be told they werent licensed to finish the job! Contacted another company to be told it should only have cost us $300! Contacted company and can not get a call back!
