We were put in a room with a door that didn't shut being the door **** got kicked in and were still being charged full price paying under the table and were being told we were getting a discounted price when we did the math it came out to the same as if we were paying through the front desk. Then we had the assistant manager come to use told us if we go on the books she can give us a room cheaper. We wer.e in that room for 22 days so we get moved to a regular wroking room that we were still directly paying her thru cash app and then also cash. She was adding credit to the account. We would pay her cash then she would forget to add the credit to my account that was under someone elses name so the housekeepers would be banging on our door every morning asking if we were staying over and would would have to go to the front desk and pay the full price again so I didn't get the persom in trouble then all of the sudden I go to pay at the front desk.once again, but I'm told.i can't extend and have to out by 12 noon and it was already 11 o'clock i have a disabled boyfriend and we had been living there for 2 months. After we have been living there for some time. Well my van was crambed full and I didn't have room for all my belongings and my boyfriend and his crutches. We were gone for about 3 weeks and the father of my child got a loan and got a room there we were staying with and he had to pay a 200 dollar deposit so we had been there for 22 days and and had to leave and made sure the room. Was spotless well the kept his deposit because of dirty towels mean while were giving us stained dirty towels. I would like some type.of refund being im still having to pay for a hotel and its not cheap. But ***** the general manager so stole all the things that had to be left outside. This place is 100 percent fraudulent.
