On Monday, May 4, 2024 my husband and I showed up to the apartment complex, where we planned on staying for 3 week (listed on Air BnB - Through Anige's Stays LLC). After finally getting the keys and the right room, we entered the apartment complex - where the floors were disgusting, parking ************ filled with trash (beer bottles, food), dog run filled with f**** We proceeded to our room where it was so disgusting that we didn't even stay. When we got into our room, my dog proceeded to try to eat trash that was in the carpet, underneath the bed. The towels in the bathroom were stained, and nasty. There were stains on the pillowcases, and comforter. There were stains in the carpet. The closet and the room had an awful smell to it. While exiting the apartment, there was a vast amount of bolts, trash, etc laying in the hallways. On our way out of the apartment complex, we saw that there was a person sleeping in their car, and a car that had its back glass busted out, where someone had broken into it. We contacted the property owners, and asked for our money back, they proceeded to tell us that they would call back, and we have yet to hear anything. We have called multiple times over the past few days - and now our phone calls wont even be picked up. They processed the money and it was taken from my banking account on Monday, May 6th.
