    The solar system was installed in October ******************************************************************************************************** charge to get a response from the company and every time you ask to speak to the supervisor or managers he is always in meeting mode or unavailable please take action for this company To stop the fraudulent deals they are making with customers because I was told that the system will be fully installed and activated within a maximum of two months, but the truth is that they did not fulfillment their agreements, please take a sooner action because I pay for electricity bill and for the solar bill too.

    The solar project commenced on April 14, 2023. The solar panels were installed on April 28, 2023, and the first payment was made on September 6, 2023. Despite these timely actions, we encountered a significant problem on April 4th when we contacted Greenpire to inquire why the panels were not operational. We were informed that the last inspector never submitted the required forms. As of now, we have been paying for the solar project for eight months without receiving the expected service. Additionally, Greenpire has been unresponsive to our calls and e-mails regarding the cancellation of the solar project. If it wasnt for owner calling in April, they would have never sent anyone for final inspection. LADWP went on April 15th, 2024 to try and install meter but were turned away because owner decided that he wanted to cancel solar system. It has now been a year since the project started, and they have not complied with our requests to cancel. Consequently, we have been paying for the solar panels as well as our regular electric bill, which is an undue financial burden.

    ***** came to my house in October 2023 selling us an amazing deal for panels. At first he was very responsive but the moment they panels were placed everything changed. I was promised a check of ******* for the the first 6 months but I never received it. Also they lied to me to when they told me that Im gonna get a reimbursement from the state for $11,500 to help pay off the panels when Ill did my taxes, they only gave me 2500 and I have to pay all that money in 18 months. They never told me that. They made me signed all the contracts in his Iphone but they never give me any contract on hard copy. Now I've been reaching out but nobody response to me. I don't think this is fair.

    When we signed the contract to have solar panels installed in our property. The salesman said that as soon as the panels were turned on he would come and deliver me a check in the amount of $1122. The promise was not in writing but I have text messages where he repeats the promise. The salesman has since not returned my calls. I have been contacting the office and they state that it is not their problem that I have to deal with the salesman. The office has also accused me of harassment because I am calling everyday. I call everyday because they always say they will call me back but never do.

    Trying to get out of a contract due to unforeseen circumstances. They sent me a $3000 cancellation invoice wont provide receipts or invoices of what was spent claims theyve already had permits issued, but will not provide proof
