    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BECAUSE IT EXIST. I contacted them multiple times regarding an issue with my account due to their website. My issue hasnt even been addressed and they have the nerve to keep sending me messages saying Ive been assisted when I have not. These messages include made up names of representatives who have never reached out to me. I feel like Im being gaslighted by this company!I cant help but wonder what couldve happened if I had an allergic reaction. Theres no one to assist you. I cant imagine how careless they must be when making their products with customer service this awful. Due to this experience, I will no longer shop with them. If I could rate this company a negative one, I would.

    I had similar issues with customer service as others. I placed an order; my credit card was charged. weeks later the order was not even shipped and there was no tracking update for weeks multiple emails (to which they eventually stopped responding) first asking about delivery status and then to cancel and refund were not complied with. I was forced to question the charge with my credit card issuer.

    Horrible company that has no common sense to fix website issues. Now I have had 3 orders cancel with no reason why. Look at their F ratings for not answering complaints

    I ordered a product from this company and was charged taxes for LA county and ****************! When I questioned all the taxes, they refunded me $0.15 cents. They refused to answer my questions about the double taxation.

    Super shady company!!! They act like they cant read all of the information you put in emails and have their direct messages turned off on social media. Steer clear!!!
