    I ordered a cell phone case on December 17th and I never received a confirmation email that the order had been placed however my credit card was charged. I decided to purchase a different cell phone that does not correspond with that cell phone case so it was no longer needed. I've made numerous attempts to cancel the order by calling the customer service line which no one answers, through text message, email, and their "contact us" form on their website and have received no response from either method of communication. I'm certain they're just going to try to keep the money paid to which I'm going to have to issue a chargeback. This isn't about money because what's $18 nothing it's the principal. I imagine that this is the way these people get through life having mastered such a despicable craft. Well what can you expect.

    On August 9, 2024 I ordered merchandise (mobile device screen protector *******) from Cell Phone Cases.com. Subsequently, the merchandise arrived at my shipping address, poorly packaged and all contents in damaged condition. Several attempts to contact them have so far, been ignored (though their website claims to expect a response within 24 hours. I hope to recieve good product from them, before the warranty expires.

    On September 18th I ordered a cell phone case for my ******* 8 phone for $16.04 from cellphonecases.com . This amount was noticed to be taken out of my account the next day. On this day November 15th I have not received my purchase. Many attempts were made to contact the company with no replies. Their phone numbers listed does not work. My spending is limited so if they cannot fill my order I would like my money back.Any help I can get will be appreciated! Thank you!*************************** ****************** Purchase #*********

    I ordered from this company two phone cases and then was sent and email with the product ordered. I wanted to cancel this order right after because the image was not the phone I had. I emailed multiple times and text the only contact number on the site. They continued to ship me the product and when received is not even what is advertised and is missing half of the phone case. So I continued to email and text and have not received one single response for my refund or anything.

    I ordered a cell phone case for my new device and it is a terrible design that does not work at all with a cell phone. You can't push the phone's buttons through the case and the interior case is magnetized to the folio style surrounding case which means it easily falls out and also moves around all over the place if you try to actually use it. The company will not reply to my multiple emails and calls. Nothing. I'd even pay for shipping it back! But they have ZERO customer service. I'm stuck with a garbage phone case.

    The case does not fit my. Galaxy s20 5g. I had to pay **** postage due the advertisement said free postage. And then the case. Came it is not even close to fitting.

    I purchased two cell phone cases and two tempered glass screen protectors on 6/8/2023. I received one case and the two screen protectors. I emailed them twice about the case that I didn't receive and have heard nothing, nor have I been refunded the money. I would just like my money back - $24.99 plus OH sales tax.

    I ordered a case and a screen protector on 7/3/2023. They immediately charged my credit card for $45.25. I never received an order confirmation email, and the website has yet to process my order. I tried to call their number which does not work ! I sent 6 "contact us" messages and 3 emails. I have received no response. I want my money refunded.
