    tablet i ordered isnt working its under warranty the will not get back to me and when i call message says closed want a ne tablet this has been going on a few months now

    I bought a tablet from Visual Land, through QVC, on 6-02-23 which is still under warranty. However Visual Land *** sent me a RMA number to trach the return of the tablet, but stated I needed to pay out-of pocket to return the item to them for repair or replacement. Even though it is under warranty. This is an undue expense to me as a consumer, this extra expense for return of the faulty product should be on them not me.
