      On 11/13/2023 I ordered a car lift from Toolots.com and was told by text message that it would be delivered in 5 to 6 business days.I paid by cc in the amount of ******** I have called more than 10 times since November 13 and get the same answer : This order has been turned over to our shipping dept.I finally got the name of the shipper and did a tracking of the lift and found it to be located in ****************, ** since 12/29/2023. I was able to contact the shipper ( The *********mpanies,Inc ) and was told to contact a Toolots manger and they would advise me on their current situation with the ********* and shipping their products.I contacted Toolots on 2/12 2024 and was told a manager would email me and couldn't talk to one.I haven't received any emails from Toolots.I want Toolots to ship the car lift . It's not my problem if they have issues with their shipping co.If they are not going to ship the product I would like to go forward with canceling the order and getting a full refund.

      On Black Friday of 2023 I received an email from toolots.com saying that there was a sale on a commercial size refrigerator and I ordered it. They charge me about $1600 and it is now February 8 and I have not received my fridge or a refund. I have called very frequently since January 26 because this is when they explained that I would be refunded my money, and I still have not been refunded and so Ive been calling every other day to find out the status of the refund with, no progress.

      I purchased an electrical enclosure from this business. I paid ****** for 2 day shipping./14/24 They shipped the enclosure on 2/14/24 and i received it 5 days later on the 19th.I have sent 4 emails asking that they refund the money spent on shipping - what 5 day shipping would have cost me.They have not replied to any of my emails.I went on Better Business bureau and they have had 152 complaints in the last 3 years with 42 in the last 12 months.I have read many of the complaints where they took money from ********** consumers and never sent their order for whatever reason.As an interstate consumer I plead with you to do something about this ethically bankrupt company.Kind Regards, ***********************

      Purchased on 12/1/2023. Received 12/12/2023. Plugged in, Blew a fuse. Spent a month and several emails trying to get replaced. Was told every time it was being escalated to the next level. Have been ignored. Tried for the last month to just get refund . Still being ignored. Done we need to order from someone else.

      Placed an order for a pallet **** that the customer rep told me that had in stock. After two months of the item not showing up. I called the company and they said that I would get a refund for full price. I have called back on three occasions with no resolution

      ON January 20th I placed an order for 2 electric dry cabinets. The cost of these items was $1600 and toolots charged my card. That same day I decided to cancel the order. I contacted toolots and asked them to cancel the order and they agreed. The order was cancelled that day. They told me my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. ******* said she would send it to accounting. On Feb 1 I noticed Toolots has still not refunded my money. I contacted them and they told me they would not refund my 1600 dollars till March 14th. This was a cancelled order not a return. Toolots never shipped anything. I should not have to wait 3 months for my refund, Toolots needs to refund my money now.

      Purchased a vehicle lift for $,2788.07 in August 2023. First one we refused delivery because it was damaged (seem to have been done in shipping). Second lift was delivered in October. Due to having back surgery and the holidays, we were not able to get someone to install the lift until December. We found damaged parts and the lift will not work. I emailed this company pictures of the damages on 1/4/24 with no response. We called on 1/10/24 and were hung up on saying we were out of warranty - was told we only had a 90 day warranty. The lift was delivered on 10/17/23. Last time I checked, 90 days is 3 months which would have been 1/17/23 as the 90th day. So we first contacted them on 1/4 and 1/10 both of which were before the 1/17/23 end of the ******************************************************** that was broken and does not work.

      On November 17, 2023, I placed an order for a 3HP Dust Collector, Wood Powder Vacuum Cleaner, Woodworking Machine on the merchant's website. Despite numerous attempts, I never received any tracking information for my order, nor was the merchandise delivered. I reached out to the customer service center multiple times, specifically dealing with *********************. Each time, I requested the tracking details, but despite assurances, I never received the promised information via email. Additionally, my requests to speak with a supervisor were unfulfilled, with promises of callbacks that never materialized.As a result of this unresolved situation, I have taken the step of filing a dispute with my bank, considering this as a potential scam. I also requested a refund, but to date, I have not received any response, call back, or acknowledgment of my refund request from the merchant. This lack of communication and failure to fulfill my order has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the legitimacy of the transaction.I made efforts to resolve this with the merchant on 12/2/23, 12/17,23 1/2/24 and 1/8/24.

      Purchased single glass door stainless steel reach in commercial refrigerator for our pizza shop in downtown **********. it was purchased on February 9, 2023. We even purchased the extended protection plan. We received the product in early March. It was damaged and i contacted Toolots and the shipping company immediately. Sent pictures etc. Toolots has been giving me the run around every time i call. They say they will put in for someone tocall me no one does. The fridge was still functional so we have been using it in the mean time. In August the handle ripped off. I continued to call about the first issue and then about the handle. No one has been giving me a solution to this problem. We are a small business and $1700 dollars for this product is a lot of money to us. I have given Toolots plenty of opportunities to assist me but they just always say someone will call you. No one has reached out.I can send my email corresponds with the company but i also called a bunch of times as well

      I purchased a 15 needle embroidery machine from toolots. I had problems before the machine was even inside the building. The machine was built so wide that is doesnt fit in commercial building doors . I hade to pay to get my whole door a frames taken down to get it in. Once the machine was inside days later I try an set it up. This came with a tool box tons of tools a parts and no instructions!!! Then I get the machine on an I cant even do anything or use cause it says the system needs to be decrypted with a password. They did not send any of that. Im 3 weeks in with it iv called multiple times left emails and still yet to hear back or get help . I get the same response. Someone will contact me in ***** hours . This was purchased before thanksgiving am still its just sitting here . This is the worst business i have ever delt with. I have a **** dollars purchase that is no good . I just want to return it but cant even get anyone to help with that .
