    star !!!! The mushroom coffee tastes disgusting, It has a strong artificial sweetener with a terrible aftertaste. I didnt want a subscription, but they subscribe me anyway I had to cancel that. I wanted to return the coffee. They told me that I couldnt return the one that I had open, but I could return the other three when I asked them to send me a return label. They sent me the address and told me that I will have to pay to send the other ones back that were unopened and I was still gonna be charged for the one that was open and they didnt tell me that it had artificial sweeteners in it. I hate artificial sweeteners I figured since it was a healthy coffee with mushrooms the lion man mushrooms was supposed to help, but the artificial sweetener isnt gonna help thats gonna cause cancer. I dont want that so I dont want the coffee. Its very nasty. All you taste is artificial sweetener. I purchased the caramel macchiato flavor and it taste like sweet and low and chocolate. I dont even taste coffee. I didnt taste the lions mane. Im so disappointed 100 and some dollars just wasted. I guess Ill go to the post office tomorrow and see how much its gonna cost to send it back the three jars. dont buy it unless you just wanna throw some money out the window.

    This company is impossible to deal with. I also was charged for a subscription I did not make. Trying to get them to cancel it is impossible. They just keep coming back with more BS. RUN!

    I would give negative stars if I could. Ever been ghosted by a company? Well now heres your chance. Their lack of communication is disgusting after theyve taken your money. I never signed up for a subscription but they went ahead and charged me for a second shipment and when I told them to refund my money and send a return label, all I heard was crickets. Their product smells like a wet dog, it doesnt absorb correctly, or at all in fluid and I mentioned this a few months ago after receiving the first initial order that I made. I had to go as far as contacting my bank to dispute charges and I also had to have my card canceled and assigned a new one with a new number because of this ********. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this company or I will tell you that I told you so.

    I had a very bad allergic reaction. It took three days to recover. I did not know that it was a subscription so when the next two bags came in I called the company to explain what happened. She was very kind and said they would send an authorization number for a refund. I never heard from them again, tried to reach out to them many many times. They completely ignored me. I had only tried it twice so I had a unopened bag and a open bag that was practically full. So I now have over a hundred dollars worth of product that I can't use. I was even willing to take the loss on the first two bags, still no response. These guys do not stand by their refund policies. It's a lie. Very poor customer service. Shame on them.

    I made the mistake of ordering the collagen subscription and tried to cancel it right away when I started seeing negative reviews.They said they could not cancel because it shipped however my email clearly shows I cancelled immediately after ordering. They had the nerve to say I didnt cancel until the next day. As you can see from previous posts they seem to have a (dishonest) answer for everyones complaint in hopes that we will just drop it and they keep our money. I will continue to email them and respond to their false statements.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have tried canceling my subscription 3 times since July 2024 by email and by phone, yet they keep sending me product and billing me. They also said they would send me a return label to send back the unwanted product they kept sending, but I never got that email. My latest email requesting cancellation was dated October 25th, 2024. And now I see there is yet ANOTHER shipment on the way now in December 2024! They are a nightmare!

    They seem like a bunch of theives to me. I canceled my subscription 2 months ago and they still sent me more and took my money without authorization.

    Do NOT do business with these people. The one product I tried for many months was either fake or provided zero results. The worst part: I followed their directions to the letter in an attempt to get a refund yet, due to their refund policy and incompetence, I've had to wait almost thirty business days and still do not have my money yet, they were able to take my money in an instant. This is extremely poor business practice and I do NOT recommend this company.
