    I was specifically told I would receive $50 for submitting a review. I submitted a review and did not receive $50. Now a customer service rep named ***************************** is telling me that my review had to be chosen or selected out of a group of other reviews to get the $50 and it doesnt say that absolutely anywhere in the email. You can specifically see it in the images I attach. She also was very rude ignoring my emails for all of July which I also have proof of

    Hi I purchase at course from knowledge hut for $499. The 3rd day of class it way delay on their behalf. They stated they will have to reschedule, at that time I told them I would prefer a refund. For the pass 3 1/2 weeks I have been told they will initiate the refund and I will receive an email. Neither as yet to happen. I spoke with them again today to get the same respond. I would just like my refund since they have taken my login privilege to the course away.
