They advised guaranteed delivery of order by 5/26. I ordered and although I kept getting an email that shipping label was created, it was at least 2 days before picked up so I knew I wouldn't receive on the 26th. I received 10pm on 5/27, after the event i needed them for on the 27th. I also order butterflies to go with the flowers which were not included. I asked for refund for butterflies and a concession since it wasn't delivered on time. I was told they don't issue refunds/credits because they are a small business. We've been going back and forth over email from 5/27 - 6/25 with no resolution. Each email from them is a different response.Initial Complaint

On may 1 purchase the flower arrangement for my wife for Mothers Day. I wondered the impression that it would look like the advertisement on their website when I got it. It was my surprisethat it was taken apart, and I had to put it together, which not look anything like the picture that they were selling because Im not a person who is really good at doing those things thats why I bought it from them and Im just really disappointed how they deceive people. They claim that they have been listed under shipping policy, but I think that it should be more clear on the website. I dont know how many people will take the time to read shipping policies so I think that theyre just believing people and taking their money and either way it goes up, the box came short of what the amount of products that I was supposed to be received, and they did not wanna.Initial Complaint

Purchased on May 6th and paid extra for Guranteed delivery for mothers day... was received the day after... didn't open the box and wanted to return it they said no I asked if I could just get the money back for the extra delivery they ignored my request i did a random request and same thing happened again...Initial Complaint

I bought a glitter rose bouquet on 2/23/2025 thru ************************ and shortly after received an order confirmation from ******************************** I simultaneously got an e-mail from an address disguised as the company, but had an e-mail address of *************************** It read:"Hi ******! I am reaching out because our system has flagged your purchase information as highrisk. We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and to ensure that your personal information is secure, we must verify your identity in order to complete your purchase. Please respond to this email with the following information:A screenshot of the hold/authorization from the payment method you used from your bank app or financial institution and picture of the ** associated with the credit card on file.Thanks for your understanding!"I recognized this was a scam immediately and didn't respond. I believe this business attempted to scam me by asking for personal info that wasn't necessary as 2 days later on 2/25/2025, I got an e-mail saying my order had been shipped, confirming that this e-mail was fraudulent/no ** verification was needed to complete my order.On 3/1/2025, I got the order and immediately noticed the product quality was poor. The glitter from the roses was shedding everywhere despite not having taken the item out of the box. On 3/7/2025, I e-mailed ******************************* describing my experience, asked if the shedding was normal/I got a defective product as none of their ads show/mention excessive shedding, and asking for a refund since I was not satisfied. The company responded to my e-mail on 3/7/2025 with a generic message that didn't address any of my concerns and said they couldn't do anything. I e-mailed again on 4/3/2025 explaining that my concerns were not addressed and I would escalate if no solution was offered. They responded same day with the same generic message. This company is ridiculous. They hijack your money by not issuing a refund. Ordered flowers on 2/12/25 and still havent received my order. They refuse to compensate for the lost time, and ultimately now choosing not to refund my money. Simply put, they failed to deliver in a timely manner, and REFUSE TO OWN UP AND REFUND MY MONEY. They refuse to even give a timeline on when order would be fulfilled. Heres a timeline. 2/12/25-ordered 2/24- emailed:Hi Im following up on my order.Its been 10 days so far. I ordered roses from the merchant, and unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The order was significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe. When it finally arrived, several items were missing from the package.I promptly contacted the merchant to address these issues and requested a refund for the missing items. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a resolution. The company told me to ship the item back to them so I can receive a refund. After shipping the item back to them with confirmation that it was delivered to them, they stopped responding to me and did not issue me a refund after multiple follow **** I am writing to provide the requested proof regarding my disputed order. The package wasn't delivered as planned and was sent back to the retailer. The retailer failed to respond in a timely manner and when they responded could not provide the tracking number for the reshipment. The order has now been delayed for a month.Initial Complaint

Complete scam! I ordered them in January for Valentines Days and still havent received them. They refuse to give me a refund and it still hasnt shipped. Bought this for my wife after seeing a video about the product. This is nothing like advertised. first it comes in a shoe box all dissembled and no instructions. you have to put evertything together. and the quality is like a dollar store quality. i have opened a returned with my credit card since they do not want to accept the return. ****
