    Thieves work here. Kind of rude front desk people.I forgot my sunglasses and another item in my center console when returning the car. 100% they were there. I got on the tram to the airport, realized I forgot them, and just took the tram right back. They had already cleaned the car and claimed " we could not find them" fill out a lost report online and if we find them we will update you. It was about 150 dollars for the 2 items. It was my fault for forgetting them, but don't expect these people to have any dignity and return your items. This isn't the first issue I've had at LAX national either. Being an executive status means nothing.

    I want this company to stop sending me the Following Items: 11 FACE MASKS 1 JELLIED CELL PHONE COVER for an 7G/8G IP SE 2020 phone There is a photo attached I have not ordered any of these items. And Im not going to spend my monies to send them back.     I am *********************** *************)I ordered a Santa's Take Off Garage Door Banner for November 3, 2022 through a ******** ad. A total of $83.38 (including shipping fee of $12.99) was paid by paypal. The item I ordered was received on December 2nd. It was said that shipping would take 3-7 days, but it took about a month, and I later found out that the place where the item was shipped was *****.Since there was not enough explanation on how to install it on the garage door, I emailed ************************ 13 questions about how to install it to the service center, but the service center's answer was also not enough to install it. So I sent the item to **** on December 20th and confirmed it was returned on the 23rd.Return address is LAX *************************************************************************************** If the ** support center returns the item to the ******* headquarters (***********************), the shipping cost is too expensive, so they can refund me about $3 to $7. At the time I placed the order, the total cost of shipping was $12.99 (including insurance).According to the receipt, this is clearly false advertising. The first said that it would take 3-7 days for transportation, but it took about a month, and the second said that if it was returned within 30 days, the money would be refunded, but only up to $7 would be returned.That's why you file a complaint with the Federal Consumer Complaint Center.I send the receipt of the order at the time thank you.

    I went on their website ****************** and purchased ******************************************. They each were to weigh 2.5 pounds. Immediately after I purchased, I realized my daughter's wanted a heavier one that they did not carry, so I frantically searched the website to call and cancel. There is no phone number or email for them. I went to their FAQ's section and you can click to cancel. It says as long as it is within 60 minutes of purchase. It had been roughly 5 minutes. I put in my info and said, please cancel my purchase. I never recieved an email or anything. 2 weeks later, I notice the charge still hasn't refunded on my ****** account, so I file a claim and send the seller another request on their website saying I canceled and haven't recieved my refund. After I filed with ******, I recieved an email from the company saying they just shipped my items. I replied to the email and said I canceled, I didn't want the other. She never responded. A week later I recieved my items and the dinosaurs are falling apart, their bellies are cut open and have a long incision and it is sewn back together very poorly and stuffing is coming out. They each weigh 7 ounces. Not the 2.5 pounds each they are supposed to weigh. I read other reviews on ********** and it seems the company is not responding to customers or returns and they are sending products that do not match what is being sold. It is a bait and switch. I have photos of everything if needed. I contacted ****** to try and get my money back, I refused the package and am sending it back and told the company I want my money back. This business needs to be investigated.

    Through a ********* link that had a video attached of the product, I purchased a ******************************** product. The video advertised a mini projector, 3 Halloween and 3 Christmas videos, and a screen. I only received the screen. They told me I ordered only the screen. They wanted to charge me twice as much more to order the missing pieces at a discounted rate since they understood the screen wouldn't work without the projector. I tried to return it and they said I couldn't since there wasn't anything wrong with it. The website was misleading because the description and video implies you will get what you see.

    I have not had additional contact with the business and my complaint is still unresolved. They do not seem like a legitimate business.
