    I made an order in the amount of 582,42. I have contacted the store several times through their messaging system as there is no phone number listed. I made the order on 5/31/23 and have filed a claim with *** and have not heard anything. I have sent several requests for a refund or my items. At this point I would like a refund and I will not do any further business with this online store.

    I made a purchase of a dress from Alieva on April 4. Order number ***** spending $174.04. Based on the sizing chart, I ordered a large. I am usually a medium. As soon as I tried it o , I knew it was too small so I reached out via email to ask for a refund. I then found the return portal and used it, but they only said they would issue me a store credit. I then against my better judgement, hut since I had time ordered another dress, bigger size this time, but it did not fit. I reached out to them for a refund on May 1 and they sent a confirmation of my refund in full. Today it still had not hit my bank account so I asked about it and they said they could not issue the refund in full, after sending a confirmation of a full refund. I can't wear their dresses and went with another company. I just want them to be contacted. I have and can send copies of my email correspondence if needed. Please help.

    I ordered a dress from Alieva on 12-30-2022 with a discount coupon they offered of 20%off. Upon receiving the dress, it didn't fit properly, but moreover the material/ fabric wasn't the best quality. I paid $186.48. Also, the clip on top is unusable because it wasn't sewn in correctly nor in the correct spot so the zipper doesn't completely go flush with the top of the dress. I contacted the company via email because they don't have a ***** number and they responded by stating that it was a sale item on final sale from their outlet, which it is not. I have the order confirmation showing the regular price, minus the MERRY20 coupon code they provided for 20%off the regular price. It was not a sale item. I was given a coupon code of 20%off regular price. Nowhere on the sale, website nor my purchase did it say it was final sale with no refunds. I stated all this to them and asked them to call me providing my number and they said they don't make phone calls and don't have a ***** number. This company is a sham and I want them reported and would like to warn consumers to not buy from them. I would also like a full refund.

    I purchased a dress from Alieva online on 11/21/22 after seeing an item from an Instagram ad. The day the dress was delivered, I knew I wanted to return it for a refund. I was told my only option was store credit because the item was from their outlet, which the advertisement did not mention. It was intentionally misleading. The company has no phone number to call, this is obviously a purposeful scam. Infuriating.

    i purchased a dress on Oct 19, 2022. tried to return it the day i received it bc it did not fit. (returns say they accept returns on non sale items.) I have screenshots of the day i bought it saying it was $235.00 with no sale label at all. When i tried to return it they are saying it "was" on sale and i see they changed the price on the website to $285.00. They are replying in my emails that it was a sale item when i have clear proof that it was NOT a sale item. I now see that this is what this business does as a form of a scam and this happens often with this company.

    I purchased an item from the store that arrived defective. I purchased the same item again, which also arrived defective. The merchant refunded me for only ONE of the purchases and gave me a gift card for the 2nd. I had reported that the first item was defective, and they instructed me to order it again and they would refund the defective item. So why is it, when the 2nd item ALSO arrived defective, that I would not get a refund in that case. I do not wish to have store credit bc I will NEVER shop at this merchant again. I would like to receive a refund. I spent $120 on something that is no longer in my possession and arrived defective not once, but TWICE!

    Further, I posted a review about my experience on their website along with pictures and they did not post it. This is a MAJOR problem. I would like my review to be posted on their website.

    On July 13th 2022. I purchased ********************************* dress size ** from Alieva label in the amount of $310.86 (order # *****) to wear to an event on July the 23rd. I received an order shipment confirmation the same day and received a package delivered on July 19th. Upon receiving the package, I opened it to find no dress at all. The package was full of miscellaneous junk. It appeared as though someone just put random anything in it and sealed it. The package was still sealed upon my recieving it but there was no packing slip with order information in it and the bag was old, worn, and tattered. Inside the package was things such as chair wheels a small box with someone else's name and address on it and something else I couldn't figure out what is. I messaged them late that night after work which fell on the 20th of July since it was after midnight CST. I informed them that there was not a dress in the package I received and it was filled with junk. Someone by the name of *** emailed me back and stated a ticket would have to be submitted to *** to resolve the issue and it would take 3 to 7 business days to resolve. During this time I requested to be sent my dress because that would put me pass the date of my event. I was told I could repurchase the dress while I wait to resolve the issue of the first dress. Of course I refused. A month passed with several emails back and forth with me inquiring about the status and *** (Alieva 's representative) saying thankyou for my business it was being worked on. Then on September 2nd, 2022. I was told I was denied a refund by Alieva label for items they never sent me and I never received and that they clearly attempted to pass off onto ***!!!

    Our Fulfillment team has been notified and they do not put such items to the packages especially we do not have those items available in our warehouse. This has been reported to the carrier and we are awaiting a response of their investigation.

    I do not accept that response as the issue now being resolved. They say they spoke with the fullfillment team. I'm not sure where the ball was dropped. I can assume with the fullfillment team because I can verify that the package was sealed when I received it cause I opened it myself at work, at my desk, with my manager standing right next to me cause I had showed her the dress online, told her I got the package and she wanted to see it. All I know is that there was no dress in my package and whose fault it is I don't know. But as the purchaser I did not recieve what I paid for. They're response to me before was to delegate blame to *** and thats fine as long as I then recieve a refund for the money I spent.

    I returned a dress that I received on Aug 22, 2022, and I returned the dress to **** on Aug 23, 2022. The dress was not a sale item. I had a store gift card from the store to use from a prior order# XXXXX for the amount of $169. I used the gift card for the purchase of XXXXX so is voids out that gift card it no longer usable. So I asked Alieva for my money because I am not buying anything else from them they have terrible quality clothing and I want back the money that I originally spent in their store. That gift card was from me returning a prior cheap made dress that was on sale, so instead of giving back my money they gave me a gift card because of the dress being a sale item which is their policy that I accept; however this last order was not a sale item and I want my money back from my gift card.

    Gift cards cannot be converted in to cash. Per our policy, we only process refunds for payments back to the original payment method for all non-sale items. Since your order was placed using a gift card, we can only credit the amount you used for the order back to your gift card.

    I understand that I had a gift card to use, and I used the gift card towards a new purchase so that voided out that gift card. Alieva is trying to make keep my money to buy their cheap clothing which I explain to them that I have no intention to buy anything else from them. This is the second dress that I had to send back do to the quality of their clothing. This is why I want my money refunded because I will not buy anything else from the company. I don't like their clothes which is made with cheap material, and I don't think they should get to keep my money.

    My dress was not a sale item. I paid full price for the dress so Alieva need to check their records and give me back $169.90 besides I have proof of them stating that I was refund $169.90 and they did not give me my refund, and again I don't want store credit or gift card because I Will NOT purchase anything else from their business. I want my money back if necessary I will get a lawyer.
