    Charged my credit card and later discovered that this is scam via online info published about UPUSTYLE.Their email address do not work. I sent a reply an the email did not Send. It only went into my draft email category.Please take necessary action to stop shut this evil down. The company could be in ******* or in ***** or in the ******.Please shut this business down.THANK YOU.

    I Purchased 2 Pair of Shoes from Upustyle on Nov 27th, 2024. I have tried to reach this company about my Purchase. I regret trying to
    Purchase anything from this Company. I read the reviews after I had Purchased the shoes. I've reached out to this Company numerous times, to no Avail! I just want my *** back & be done w/this Website. I think they are scammers. Please get my money back , or I will/can contact my Bank to get my money back. I have learned to read Customer's reviews on a Website I'm not familiar with. Please help me get my money back. Thanks Soo much Sincerely ****** *******

    We do not receive the emails that she requires to return the products.

    The customer may mistakenly send the emails to another email address. So we have no way to contact her or reply to her back.

    The only email we receive is her request to change the color of the shoes.

    We have issued a 100% refund to the customer ************** and sent her an email to inform her.
