    On March 2, 2022, I met with the City of Carson and spoke with ******* ******* Event Planner. I advised him that I wanted to use his facility to give*********************** party to be held on June 11, 2022. I wanted to rent and room and paid a ******* deposit for the room to have the food catered. He advised me that I would have to use their caterer, ****** ***** Services. I was then directed to the Caterer Manager ****** ********** I met with Mr. ********** discussed the menu, and on March 29, 2022, paid a deposit of ******** On May 2, 2022, I was advised that there were no bathrooms available for my guest, so I canceled the venue and move to another facility outside ********************** On May 2, 2022, ******* ****** refunded me $150.00 I also advised Mr. ********* the same day and he stated that he would get back to me. It has been since that date and today I have not received my deposit back, I have contacted him on several occasions, and he stated it will take a while. I spoke to his supervisor, and on September 19, 2022, I spoke with him again and he stated that accounting was cutting me a check, to this date, I have not received my ******* deposit. I am tired of the excuses and want my refund. Every time you call Mr. ********** he makes excuses. The last time I spoke with him he stated he will contact *** ******* the owner. He never calls back and I have not received any additional correspondence.
