    32 product quality is excellent. However, their customer service, shipping, and correct refunding is actually horrible. They do not respond to emails or calls made to customer service. Their customer service is non-existent.

    I received a pair of shoes from 32 BB, they arrived damaged and looked as if they had been worn. I contacted customer service. They sent me a return label (UPS) and I returned the shoes. Since then I received no refund, no replacement, and I can not get in touch with customer service. I have called 5 times. Each time customer service is not available, I leave a message, no reply.
    The quality of clothing is average at best to begin with. I like the idea of supporting fellow musicians so I have purchased some items. However, I will never purchase from them again and will share this experience with others.

    They are a terrible company They refuse to communicate with a customer post sale I emailed them a second time telling them I will be contacting the California Consumer Protection agency next week if you do not get back to me regarding a returned item and a refund

    Terrible customer service. Do not do business with this company! I have been trying to return a shirt for almost 10 days now. I’ve called 5 times and left messages and emailed twice with no response. Buyer beware!

    We purchased a cotton shirt. It stretched so badly (3" in length) that my husband can't wear it.
    I have called & emailed but no one returns the messages. We are very unhappy with the quality and customer service.

    I like some of their products but I am having problems with one, and I cannot contact them. I’ve called twice and had to leave messages and never been called back. I’ve emailed them at their customer service address, and again, no response. I’m stuck with a defective piece of clothing and the company will not respond. I won’t be giving them any further business.

    I purchased four shirts for my husband for Christmas 2023 and returned all four as he did not care for them. I spent a total of $441.05 with free shipping. I returned all four shirts on January 3 and just received my refund of $413.82. I was surprised as the official 32BarBlues documentation regarding returns says, "a small fee of $8.50 will be deducted from your merchandise credit" I thought that was fair. I expected a refund of $432.55 and got $413.82, a difference of $18.73 from what I expected. I called their customer service number and got a call back. The lady said that I was charged $16.95 plus tax of $1.78 for the original shipping and the 8:50 for the return. This totaled a deduction of $27.23. No where did I see I would be charged for the original amount to ship the merchandise. When I questioned her she said they were a small business and thats what many small businesses do...I really think they should be very clear about their return policy and charges. I would never buy from them again. This whole process was time consuming and upsetting.

    Charged me for overnight delivery then blamed UPS for not delivering on a Saturday! It should have gone to another carrier for Christmas. I was offered overnight for a premium price which I accepted but got it 4 days after ordering! After 3 emails & phone call only to refuse to return the overnight charge! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!! She called me and was arguing that I should have read their terms!!! Just what I wanted, expensive purchase followed by a nasty customer service. Probably better to buy in China at least you can expect to get screwed!

    Terrible service! Ordered an item 11-30 and on 21-20 I received an email saying my order was being cancelled. Left me with no gift and had to scramble as I was traveling the next morning.
    I will never order from this place again!

    I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their clothing. Love the styles/fit even though the pricing is a little high you ultimately get what you pay for. Recently I placed an order and screwed up the shipping address (my fault). A simple email and they were working to resolve quickly. When it couldn't be resolved they shipped me a new order 2nd day air on them right away. Great customer service in my mind. 5 stars all the way
