    I made a purchase from 32 Bar Blues 2/27/25. The order was shipped to me on 3/9/25. The order was for 4 shirts and 3 were shipped. Of the 4 shirts, I kept one, asked to get a different size for 1 and asked for a refund on the remaining 2. This request fully met their return requirements. I sent the 3 items back and confirmed they received my return shipment on 3/10/25. I received no email that my return was received or that they were processing it. Nobody answers their phone number and after many requests by email, they finally admitted to receiving my return, but said they were "having issues processing refunds". Not sure what that means, but I sent another email requesting they keep all 3 items I returned and just send me my money back. I am still waiting to get a response confirming they will be refunding my return. Have spent way too much time with this company for what would normally be a very simple process.

    Purchased: 680538 9-BRTAN Shoes 'Triple Trebles' 9 - Brown/Tan on 11/26/24
    Returned shoes to UPS drop off, using provided shipping form and requested a half size less- 8 1/2 No response. Made several phones calls but never got to a live person. Told to email and phone call disconnected. Sent out four emails without any response. Called catalog order line three times and requested that they send 32 Bar Blues a ticket stating who I was, reason for call and asking for a reply to emails. Still no response. 32 Bar Blues continues to send out catalogs but is completely unresponsive to service calls.
    Thus, I have no merchandise (shoes) and am out of pocket $217.23.

    We are responding to your inquiry regarding your return of the shoes 680538 Triple Trebles. We received your return from order # 661709 on 12/14/24. At that time we could not process an exchange for the requested size of 8.5 because we were sold out of the shoe. We processed a refund to your Visa credit card ending in 4809 on the same day 12/14/24. Please reach out to your credit card company for confirmation.  Additionally, our customer service representative notified you that the shoe was unavailable at that time.

    We have since received a shipment and could now honor your request for the size 8.5. We will also honor the 15% discount you received on your original order. We apologize for the confusion and hope you understand that we could not honor your request as we did not have the stock to send. Our customer service representative will reach out to you if you would like to place the order.

    I placed almost a $400 order for Christmas on 12/12/24. The order still shows “Web Order received” but nothing has happened with the order. I have contacted customer service via their email listed four times with no response. Need resolution.

We're advising you that the order you attempted to place was unable to be executed as your credit card was declined. This could be for a variety of reasons and we recommend reaching out to your bank to clarify why your credit card will not allow processing. The 32 Bar Blues order number  for your reference is #674515. Your credit card has not been charged and will not be charged until the credit card is released by your bank. We apologize for the delay during the holiday period. If you would like to place the order please call our direct customer service line (805.962.5513) during business hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm pacific time zone. We will also reach out to you through our CS team today. Please note we will have a short closure to perform our annual inventory between January 2nd and January 7th.     I purchased 4 items from this company on 12/14/2022. One of the items was not received but another item was sent in error that we wanted to keep. I also chose to return an item. I spoke with a customer service rep on 12/28 as to how to handle. Following the customer rep provided instructions, my return was sent using the company supplied return mailing label on 12/29/2022. I have not received my refund and I can not reach a human being. I have left 4 voicemails and I have sent 3 emails as the company states that email is the fastest path to resolution. 32 Bar Blues owes me $158 plus tax. The mailing label tracking number is 92*********591543426878737 - however, this is a mailing service that switches between carriers and does not accurately show delivery tracking.

    I purchased 2 t-shirts with the Chess Records emblem in early December. One of the shirts collar separated from the body of the shirt after the very first washing. I contacted them and arranged an exchange. They sent me a label and I returned the shirt which they received, but never sent me a replacement. In the meantime, the 2nd shirt has also suffered the same fate. I spoke with their complaint representative who stated that she would address the problem. It is now February, almost 2 months after the start of this ordeal and I haven’t received a new t- shirt nor a refund even though they got the defective one back. In effect, they kept a shirt that I paid for.
