This company called me 25 times in a row after I advised them I did not require or request their services. ******* was rude and would not listen or respect my request to discontinue calling. This is not an emergency that required incessant calling.

I've asked our marketing department to remove your number from our call list.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

I dont even know what a time share is Im only 16, this HP place called me and when I called back the lady said I was just calling to see if you wanted to end your time share. So I asked who was she trying to reach and unprofessionally she told me if you received a missed call, that is what Im callin about! Haha! So I asked her to verify my info and of course she could not! Its a BIG SCAM!!

Dear 16 year old, If you do not wish to receive any further calls you could simply ask the person to not call you any more. I have asked our marketing team to take you off of their call list. There is also the option of not answering your phone if you do not recognize the caller.

      Thank you.

**** Park of HP Consultants, made false claims of terminating my time shares with ********** and ********************************. I want my fee of $3,846.00 returned to me based on false pretenses. **** Park has claimed the company HP Consultants is unable to send me a email over the past three days. This is when I realized this must be scam or fraudulent establishment. I will be contacting legal counsel on this matter as well.

Basically I was scammed out of over 6400$! I was told a couple times that I wouldnt have any more fees and that I was done paying, then after the third time they wanted another fee I had enough and stop business with them. Their VP of the company personally told me on the phone that once I made the last payment that brought me over 6400$ that I was done and time share we be off my credit and I would no longer be responsible for it. Well that was a lie he later called and requested like an additional **** and I said no way and they did absolutely nothing for me and I just lost 6400$ down the drain it seems common with this company because Ive read many reviews where they did other people the same way!!!

HP contends this complaint has no merit. We received signed contracts from the client agreeing to the fees we charged n order to work on their case. In addition HP verified the client had indeed been released from the timeshare back in May of 2021 and the client even went so far as to call our office and personally verify they no longer owned the timeshare. HP believes this client may have been contacted by a 3rd party company promising to get the clients a refund by making a complaint against HP with the BBB and other government agencies. HP will not cooperate with this type of extortion and will not approve a refund due to the fact HP performed on getting the clients out of the timeshare. There is also a mention of credit reporting on this case and while HP does not perform credit repair services we would be more than happy to work with the clients to address the proper steps of dealing with negative credit reporting.

I paid over 6400$and u guys did nothing. You tried to get an additional-200$ out of me when u said I was done paying for it but I refused to give u any more of my $$!the reviews dont lie u guys scam people out of their$$$ which should be illegal!u say my complaint holds no merit well tell me what did u do for me for 6400$???? I would love to hear your answer!!!

HP has provided the services outlined in the signed contract documents and has confirmed the client no longer owns the timeshare so the case is closed. The client was offered additional services by HP but declined these so no additional fees were billed by HP or paid by the client. As anyone can clearly see by the amount of positive reviews the BBB has received HP is certainly not scamming people and only receives a VERY small percentage of complaints compared to amount of clients we service. HP has discovered that in most all of these negative complaints clients have been approached by 3rd party companies offering to "split" any refund they can extort from HP by claiming services were not provided.

I loved HP Consultants' response to my initial complaint. I wouldn't expect anything less from them. To clarify their comments: The timeshare resort did not just call me out of the blue to terminate my ownership. I had been in contact with them previously. I ignored all of their invoices per HP's advise. I did tell them that I know of another party who was able to terminate their ownership. They took this to heart and after more than 1 year THEY decided to let me terminate my ownership. I think HP has a standard boiler-plate response when something doesn't go their way.Again, I would tell anyone interested in terminating an ownship, work with the resort only.

      Business response

HP contends that the reason this client was offered the solution to the timeshare exit was due all or in part by the efforts HP made on behalf of the client. If the client felt he could do this on his own he should not have entered into a contract with HP and then after coming to the conclusion that he could have done it on his own try to change the terms of the agreement. This is most obviously NOT a "boiler plate response" as HP has reviewed this clients case extensively and have responded accordingly. Given these facts HP declines to make an adjustment to the amounts charged and the clients file will be noted as completed and closed. It should be further stated that HP has performed on thousands of timeshare disputes and has an excellent track record of resolutions and satisfied customers.

HP Consultants has a 100% Money back Guarantee, which is a joke. Dont fall for this. The total amount we paid is $6, 557. The first transaction was on August 31, 2020 ($3,869) and the second transaction was on December 4, 2020 in the amount of $2688. We started the dispute with our credit card company for the $2,688 and is still pending. We asked that HP send us the other amount because it came directly from our Bank account. HP consultants said that they would be able to dissolve my timeshare. My wife and I have asked several times for proof that this has been dissolved, as it is still showing on my credit report as "foreclosure proceedings started". We have even asked for communications showing that they were communicating with the timeshare. We got nothing. We asked for the financials twice, we got nothing. They sent a letter, that anyone could just type up, as "Proof". I was told at first that they would be able to get this taken off of my CR and now being told differently and sent my wife "instructions for credit repair". There are just too many red flags with this company and we have several emails asking for the same thing from the same person and we were given different answers each time. When my wife called them out on it, ******* S got snippy with my wife. I wish BBB allowed more characters so I could share all of the info I have with the General Public. I do appreciate that I have the option to upload documents to show the BBB what we have been dealing with. My wife and I have asked a total of 3 times for a refund in the allowed amount of time. We asked that HP communicate by email so that we could have proof of the lies we were told and the fact that they refuse to provide us actual proof that HP did what they were hire to do is absurd. I can sit here and type letters to anyone who needs out of a timeshare, thats what they are doing. I have attached all the emails and a letter for the BBB so you can see we were told different thing by the same people.

HP contents this complaint is not warranted nor accurate. HP has provided the services outlined in the clients contract and we have verified the client no longer owns the timeshare. Our office only refused to give the clients wife information on the phone since she did not sign the contract with HP therefore we could not provide her updates and information until we received the authorization directly from the client. I was personally in the room with our agent when she explained our process to the wife and she certainly NOT snippy our rude in anyway but professionally explained the process. HP is NOT in the credit repair business but still offered to assist the clients with any negative reporting which they declined. The bottom line is the clients are not entitled to a refund because HP completed the services outlined in the signed contract agreement. In addition these clients are using the threat of a BBB complaint against HP to extort a refund. We are also confident the backcharge initiated by the clients will be resolved in HP's favor.

HP Consultants (HPC) said that my timeshare lien would be cancelled within 1 year by using their services, else I would get a refund. I paid HPC $1500 on Jan 29, 2020, and furnished them a full packet of all that they requested on May 8, 2020 by Certified Mail. Yet in December 2020 I received a maintenance fee charge for 2021. I emailed HPC on Dec. 28, 2020 (***************************, ************************************* explaining the development, and asked whether I should pay the fee or not, in light of HPC's work to cancel the lien. No reply came from HPC until I called HPC on Jan. 5, 2021 to inform them of the 2021 maintenance charge--obviously the lien had not been cancelled if I'm still getting charged. HPC returned my call (***********************) on Jan 6, 2021 and advised me NOT to pay the 2021 maintenance fee, but instead email a copy to HPC. I emailed the 2021 maintenance fee invoice to *************************** (************************************* on Jan 15, 2021, explaining HPC's guidance that I NOT pay the 2021 fee in light of HPC's services to cancel the lien. I asked ******* to confirm whether I have understood HPC's guidance correctly. No answer ever came from HPC. In the meantime, I received repeated monthly invoices from HPC (including penalties for late payment) for the 2021 maintenance fee. I finally paid the 2021 fee of $484.20 on August 24, 2021 when it became that HPC had done nothing to effectively cancel my lien. I WOULD LIKE A FULL GUARANTEED REFUND OF THE $1500 I PAID HPC. The 30 day limit after one year of their engagement (which started on May 2020 when they received my timeshare records) is NOT RELEVANT to the refund, in that I contacted them well in advance of that date, with the inquiries noted above, AND HPC FAILED TO ANSWER ME OR GIVE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. Your assistance in securing the promised refund would be much appreciated. Any and all documentation is on file and can be furnished upon request--original contract with HPC, etc.*****************************, ******************

Entered into a contract with HP Consultants to get us out of our timeshare within a year. That was three years ago. They continue to say the property has to acknowledge our release and not to pay our assessments. ******** ****** told me to continue to pay the property taxes which have. Last week I got a bill from the property did two years of assessments and penalties. ******** said to fax it to her and not pay. HP has been paid in full and has not met their contractual obligation to get us out of the timeshare in one year!! We want full 100 percent reimbursement of their fees giving us the ability to contract a viable company who will get us released from our timeshare via the court system and attorneys.
