    I recently ordered two 30" wide trough flower baskets from Hooks and Lattice and am so pleased with them! They are very sturdy and superior in design and quality to others I have seen -- no need to worry about them coming apart or rusting. They look beautiful and will last for many years. This company gave me excellent customer service too when I called to let them know our balcony railing was just a bit to wide for the custom made hooks that attach to the baskets. ( Their hooks are heavy duty and specially designed to fit with the baskets and one of the reasons I purchased from them.) I spoke with ***** and explained the issue and she promptly solved it by sending wider hooks at no extra charge. ***** gave me GREAT customer service and made sure I received exactly what was needed to secure the baskets to the balcony railing. She and the company went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for their help. Their products are beautiful and I would be happy to purchase from them again and I highly recommend them!

    I ordered four large hanging baskets with fibreglass liners. The chain mechanism attached to the hook swivels 360 degrees. This feature is ideal for watering as well as allowing all the flowers to get the equal amount of sunlight. The product is extremely well made and was delivered to my home in ****************, ****** within two weeks from date of order. This included clearing international customs. I highly recommend Lattice and Hooks products as well as their professional service and efficient delivery.

    Unfortunately, Hooks and Lattice has a very poor return policy paired with terrible product descriptions. I was told that I would have to pay the return shipping PLUS whatever shipping they determine they paid to ship the window box I purchased.
