  Resolvion coordinated the repossession of my 2020 Chevrolet Spark in August ******************************************************************* provide any post-repossession information. For more than two months after the vehicle was taken, I repeatedly emailed Resolvion requesting the custodians name, the inventory of personal property, and payoff or reinstatement instructions. Every message went unanswered. During that entire period, Santander Consumer *** and Resolvion both claimed the car was at ***********************. Only after I filed a BBB complaint did Resolvion finally admit that the real custodian was *************** Recovery, a company that had never sent me a single notice, email, or phone call. The omission prevented me from recovering my property and documenting evidence that the police recorded as being inside the car. Resolvions concealment of the custodian, combined with their refusal to respond to repeated written demands, obstructed my right to redeem and violated basic consumer transparency expectations. Their agents actions have now triggered active complaints with the ************************, the ************************* and Consumer Services, and the ************************************. The title to the vehicle still shows as active in my name with Santander as lienholder, proving no lawful sale or transfer has occurred. This companys conduct reveals a complete lack of accountability in how it handles repossessions and consumer communications. I strongly urge anyone dealing with Resolvion to document every email and contact regulators immediately if you encounter similar stonewalling.

  Very understanding and helpful repo agents that collect offset payments on a potential car repo.This company understands sports analytics extremely well and they accepted coaching assets as a temp settlement amounts until you get more cash to hand them.

  They partner with companies that racially discriminate against customers trying to pick up a vehicle that they paid to get released. The company in ***** that they have a relationship with to release cars is only open from 9-5, however even if you get there late because of traffic at 4:30 they are not willing to work with you and release your car that you have already paid for. A company that they partner with is located at *******************. Its filthy and in the middle of nowhere in an old trailer with trash everywhere. I was treated horribly, and they were not willing to stay an extra 10 minutes to help me get my car Friday at 4:30pm even though they were still open, so I had to wait until Monday. I called Friday after paying to release my car at 8am and they didn't have an appointment until 3:30 pm.
