Premier Pools kicked off my project over 11 months ago and there is no end in sight. I began discussions with their team 3 months before signing a contract so when I say 11 months it is important to note that this clock started ticking AFTER I had approved design plans. Plans that I have not deviated from once. Our pool is small and simple. No water features, no fire features, no slides or other extras, just a simple, small rectangle. During the sales process, my project was estimated to take 5-6 months.11 MONTHS later I still do not have a completed pool.The problem starts at the top with the General Manager ***** and I think is more of a recent issue with the business. As I stated already it seems to be about greed. Our sales guy gleefully shared his business is up 300% since the pandemic. Ooof. ***** took on more than the company can handle and is defensive and rude when pushed on the delays. I asked him once for goal dates to be plugged into my project plan and he rolled his eyes and asked me why I needed it. It seemed like an obvious answer but I humored him and explained that I felt it would give us a common goal to work toward. He said "sure I can give you some dates but it will be like throwing darts in the dark. Nothing we can stand by." OK. My personal experience is that the number of cares ***** has about us and our project is a negative number. I never hear from them and work only progresses after I call and text and text and call repeatedly begging to have them move to the next step.11 MONTHS later I still do not have a completed pool.

******* You signed your contract with us on 11/16/2020. We created CAD plans, obtained engineering and submitted for permits in the City of *********. We did not receive your permit from the City until the last week of May 2021. We started the construction of your pool on June 2nd of this year. Our timelines start when we dig your pool, as stated in our contract. Four months later, we were finished with everything that could be done until your landscape/hardscape was completed. There were some delays in the process, mostly due to your specific material selections. We worked diligently to come up with solutions to your satisfaction. The fact of the matter is that there are and have been delays due to Covid that are construction and supply related that are out of our control. These delays are frustrating for all of us. In your neighborhood, there are 2 other pools being built. We are building one of them. The other projects in your neighborhood that you are comparing our timeline against are landscape/hardscape (no pools) and did not require a pool permit. We forecasted a 5-6 month timeline for our portion of the work to be completed. That does not include the portion of work that your hardscape contractor performs. We will be completing your project within that forecasted timeframe. We value each and every one of our clients and we appreciate your patience.
