    We ordered a preventative service from this company for one of our medical instruments, and we have p***ared it. They are refusing to schedule the service after quoting us and having us provide a p***ayment. They think we owe them a balance from two years ago, and we have provided them with proof of payment, but they still are refusing us. They have now refused to respond to us via email and phone calls. Our instrument is down, and they are refusing to refund us or provide service. Their departments are at odds with each other, but they are punishing us as a customer for their clerical errors. The sales *** who sold us the instrument no longer works for their company, and it took them two years to finally reach out to us about something we paid for already. We ordered a preventative service from this company for one of our medical instruments and p***ared it accordingly. After providing us with a quote and requesting a p***ayment, they are now refusing to schedule the service. They claim we owe them a balance from two years ago; however, we have provided proof of payment, yet they continue to deny our request. Additionally, they have stopped responding to our emails and phone calls. Our instrument is currently down, and they are neither providing a refund nor scheduling the service. There seems to be a lack of communication within their departments, but we, as customers, are being punished for their clerical errors. The sales ***resentative who sold us the instrument no longer works for their company, and it took them two years to finally reach out to us regarding a matter we had already paid for.
