    On Nov 7th I attempted to place an order in the website which runs thru the app Shop. The app charged me 3 times and never placed the order.When I emailed I was told it was my fault and there was no order. Basically useless. I waited u til those charges fell off holding ****** of my money for several days.I go back to the same app and place the order AGAIN and the shipping address was incorrect! My default (screen shot is attached) is my current address. Again contacted concierge and I was once again blamed with no help.YOUR SYSTEM IS BROKEN AND IT NEEDS to be fixed.I am disputing this charge and will smear my review on every platform possible of the unprofessional money driven greedy business. I will go to Glymed who has superior products anyway. And DEFINITELY better member experience.

    On August 2 I placed an order for $155 product. The order never arrived and I was told it was lost in delivery. I asked for a replacement and they sent a product for half the price and not what I ordered. I would like what I paid for to be sent to me at the very least. I gave the correct order number and still the wrong order was sent.

    Purchased Natural ************************* SPF 20-Medium Sunlight on 5/30/2024. Received order on 6/3/2024. The compact"s powder contents arrived crushed and I informed company on 6/4/2024. Company responded to my e-mail and I sent a picture of damage per their request. On 6/30/2024 sent another e-mail asking what was taking so long and that I was at a loss as to how I am supposed to contact this company. On 7/18/2024 sent another e-mail. I have received no response to the 6/12, 6/30 or 7/18 e-mails as of today 7/23/2024. All communication is through email as there is no customer service number available. Thank you for your assistance.
