    Their return policy is very outdated. Having to wait for multiple departments to process a return is ridiculous. I purchased a purse on Decemeber 21, they sent the wrong purse. I sent it back with their return label on Jan 6th, they received it by the 8th. It's now the 28th and I'm still waiting. Having to wait this long for a mistake that was theirs is unacceptable. Not to mention, the ten dollar fee for shipping that they do not credit you back unless "the team" says so. I will never order from this company again. I bought the same purse on ******. I received it faster and returns are a snap.

    They are liars at Dooney and Bourke. They had issues with their site and cancelled my order due to their issues. I was never notified and now they refuse to honor the original price of the product. A supervisor was to call me back. I am still waiting. This Company needs to close its doors. Not like they use to be.

    Horrible customer service Made a mistake of two duplicate orders within minutes of each other called the very next business day when they opened and even though they hadn't shipped yet they refused to cancel the orders.

    Im a new male customer that is very dissatisfied.. My new wife, loves Dooney and Bourke. Shes been a customer since the 80s. I purchased two bags for her earlier in the spring because I was sold and told about the customer 30 day customer satisfaction and price guarantee. I just purchased a new bag for three weeks ago for her birthday. I was going to purchase another bag for sweetish day. But for some reason the bag I just purchased for her three weeks ago was still in my cart. I noticed it was a little cheaper by $16 and some change. I call customer service about my situation and then they let me know their return policy. I told the customer ***resentative what I was told originally this spring pertaining their customer service satisfaction guarantee. Remember, Im a man purchasing items for my Queen. Im going on only know what I was told by a Dooney and Bourke ***. ** I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor, he put me on hold and then the phone was anonymously disconnected. ** I went to chat and then the chat agent ended the chat. I dont believe coincidences. I call back and get another customer *** and finally get a supervisor. Know, after I explain to the supervisor my situation and what I was told by a Dooney and Bourke ***resentative without any hesitation the supervisor said unfortunately theres nothing she can do. Dooney and Bourke is responsible for what their ***resentatives state. The part I dont understand is why its worth losing a old and new customer over $16 dollars and some change. WOW!! I never heard of such a thing. I wish a could give them less than 1 star.

    Worst Company ever!What we are dealing g with and even had to send product back because the zipper is broke and had to pay $10 to ship it back! Good afternoon,I want to let you know that I am not happy with the information that you have sent. I have purschase about 8-9 purses from your company and love them but I WILL NOT be ordering anything else from your company because I had made a call on 12/27/23 and spoke to *********************** @3:44pm and gave me a case # ******* because I had call wanting to get a refund for the expedite shipping cost because we had not receive our item and ***** informed me that you have a ***** hr processing time added to the shipping time. REVIEWED this and couldn't find anything on the ordering that it states that and he told me that I would need to call once I receive the item and they can refund the money and I said to ***** that all I would need to do is call and give the case # and they would refund my money and he said YES. I called again on 12/28/23 @ 4:25pm and spoke to *********************** and he informs me that he can't refund the money and he would refer it on to the refund team and we would get a response from you. So, NOW we get your email and you tell us that you can't refund it. That is TERRIBLE customer service, when you don't follow through with what was told would be done. I really don't appreciate being told one thing and you decide to do something else! I will be getting a message to you **************** and let them know that they have POOR customer service. One added thing the item that we received has a broken zipper too! So, thanks for allowing us to pay you for a item and expedited shipping, that we can't even use, but that is ok since I won't purschase or use your product again! UnHapppy Customer

    Their customer service reps are the worst! I ordered a purse and wallet and my shipping address was changed by them after I placed the order. Half of my order was shipped and it went to the wrong address. When I called to have them correct the 2nd half of my order-the *** was nasty and very rude. He didn't listen to a word I said and told me to figure it out myself. I should have gotten his name because he should be fired!!! After over 2 hours trying to track the package through *** and then through the ************ I still have to go to the *********** to hopefully catch the package before it is delivered to the incorrect address. This is very poor business practices!

    I ordered a ************ at 12.15.22 for Christmas and put My P.O. Box as a billing address I received the wallet within 4 days, but the bag never showed. The Dooney and ***** website continues to say in process. I contacted DB about the problem they were less then helpful. I asked to speak with management to accommodate the issue. I should not have to wait 2 to 8 weeks for an item that was a Christmas present in the new year. I told that I could cancel and reorder another size of the same bag, but who wants to have duplicate holds of 300 plus on their card. Their customer service it the worst of the worst!!

    I absolutely love there products and have purchased at least 10 items this year. The customer service is ridiculous!!! I ordered 4 items and 3 arrived. When I called customer service they said the item was shipped half way across the country and they would open and investigation and get back to me with the results in 2 weeks. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said they would have a supervisor call me back in 48 hours!! This is the worst type of customer service EVER!!! How do I explain to my mother in law part of her gift is being investigated!!

    The return policy of Dooney & Bourke needs to be fixed. I purchased a satchel and a wristlet to match it on 10/09/22. I received an email on 10/12/22 that part of my order had been cancelled since the satchel was no longer in stock. I called customer service to attempt to cancel the wristlet since I no longer wanted it since the satchel was not available. I was told it had shipped already. I was told to call when I received it to get the return. I have had 4 conversations with customer service and they are adamant that I have to pay to return it although it is not any error of mine that what I ordered is not available. I will not be making a purchase from them again in the future.

    This experience was so bad that I will never buy another product from this company.In Dec 2020-Feb 2021 I was stocking up on purses & making several purchases from ************************** Love Dooney. In August of '22 I received an email indicating I haven't paid for a purse that was ordered in January of '21 from Dooney & Bourke.I called D&B and spoke with a gentleman who indicated I made the purchase in Jan '21 but the charge was not able to go thru as my card was invalid. I asked him if he could go thru my orders with me because there were several and I hadn't realized this error. He then proceeded to describe the purse in question, I explained I hadn't received that particular one. He then mentioned I had purchased a few purses after the one in question and those orders did go thru. I explained that I didn't understand how my card could be invalid as I had made purchases after said purchase.He mentioned that D&B attempted to charge my card in 2022 and that's supposedly when it was invalid.I expressed that I had not received the specific purse he mentioned and he asked why I had not called on it. I explained that being that I had ordered several purses it's possible I forgot I ordered this particular one. He asked why didn't I notice the charge had not gone thru. I expressed- 1) I didn't realize I didn't have this purse and 2) what exactly would I say, umm I would like to know the status of a purse I haven't received but you haven't billed me for?I did escalate the call, and was informed that there was in fact a billing issue at that time. I was told I could either pay the amount of the purse or I will have an open balance with Dooney. I expressed I will not pay for an item I have not received. According to the representative, I don't have an opportunity to dispute this now as the tracking number is too old. Seems very distasteful that a company can do this with the customer not having any other option.
