    I sold my TESLA model S to Lexus for 34k on 1/14/23. They were supposed to pay off the remaining loan and mail a check for $3,950.27. The loan had been paid off. The title was transferred to Lexus and they even sold the car to a 3rd party on 1/17/23. I keep emailing to see when I will receive the final check and there has been no response. Im looking to just get them to send me the remaining money owed per the agreement we signed 1/14/23.

    I would like to share my experience with Lexus of Carlsbad. I purchased a Mercedes Benz from them that they received as a trade in. During the test drive the break pedal started making a very loud winy noise (sort of like an elephant scream). The salesman (Jorge) told me not to worry about it and that they will take care of it for me. After picking up the vehicle I also found a blown speaker and and an improperly working climate control temperature sensor (you need to set it to 64 to me able to breathe in the vehicle). After taking my Mercedes for service, I was told by the service advisor (Kim) that the break pedal was lubricated and the noise is gone, the speaker was replaced and they could not find an issue with the climate control. After I picked up the vehicle - the noise was still there. I contacted Jorge and he told me that because they replaced the blown speaker "as a courtesy" - they will not be dealing with the break issue! I took it to a mechanic and it turned out to be the break booster that costs $1000 at a regular mechanic and $1,250 at Mercedes Dealership. It is a VERY disappointing experience. I did not expect to be lied to by such a reputable dealership. I am fixing my vehicle on my expense now and will be taking them to small claims to get my money back.
