      Resort owners do have the ability to schedule payments online in the portal or over the phone with a customer service representative.  The resorts bill once per year after each budget cycle.  Each year the amount billed generally changes from the pervious year.  Because of this, automated recurring payments for future bills (next year and beyond) are not supported.  We follow regulatory guidelines from the **********************************************  We're not able to schedule a future payment on an unknown amount.  Once the billing is release annually, payments can be scheduled, including installment payments for that particular bill.

      This company keeps calling and leaving messages via robo calling. They need to be shut down. They are trying to sell you debt consolidation its a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. They respond to BBB complaints with bogus responses. They are big scam.

      I am being charged for a loan I never authorized. This company was deducting money from my bank account. I do not know how they got my bank account number. I have asked for the paperwork and they will not share any information other than I will be taken to collections. I would like a refund of the money deducted and an investigation into how this company gained access to my bank account.

      A simple request for TITLE CHANGE of DEEDS to our Trust. Lack of communication from ***********************. Received one return voicemail over two weeks ago. I've called and emailed all documentation necessary and have been trying to reach ANYONE at the company for over two weeks. NO RESPONSE, NO ANSWER via telephone calls. Someone answered once, fumbled around with the phone and hung up. NO response to emails.Have literally tried all hours of the day and all days of the week and still no answer to phone calls, voicemails or emails.

      Unable to pay a maintenance bill through the online services due to an error on their website. After multiple requests no call back to rectify the situation and after multiple phone calls averaging 30min still not able to get through to representative to discuss the issue or even leave a voice mail. The company is totally unreachable and now I will be at risk for late fees

      We apologize for the long wait times in our phone queue.  We have been experiencing very heavy inbound customer calls during the holidays.  I've escalated this request to one of our managers, ***************************, who confirmed he just attempted a call back with the customer and left a message.  He will trying reaching the customer again this week to take a payment by phone.  The billing statement also has payment address instructions.  A check payment can be mailed into the lockbox address at no charge.  Late fees are not added until after the 15th of the month.

      While what the buissness said is true. They mailed out the bills in December not leaving me enough time to mail a check. The online system is NOT working for one of my accounts and will NOT accept an online payment. The company has failed multiple times to get back to me to fix the online issue. While they finally did attempt one call back while I was at work in meetings, it is a small gesture. I will be sure to have my phone on me this week but I am still not pleased with the lack of communication the business has provided.
