On 04/08/2025 My grandson who is 19 and with a disability, was stopped in the ******* mall Pensacola, ** by the owner or manager asking him about buying jewelry. My grandson informed him that he had no money and couldnt buy nothing. He told him he would cash app him a down payment and he wouldnt be charged much .My grandson is 19 with the ability of a 15 year old. He sold him a fake white gold chain , and the next day I tried to return it still in the packaging . I was told no refunds . So I went had it appraised and it was worth $5-10 bucks. It was fake .I went back and they claimed he was out of state . I have saved the cash app, that was sent to him.He took advantage of my grandson and he said he had no money and no way to pay. So you still press him with buying something by giving him a down payment . Thats crazy work and so dishonest to do to anyone but a disabled person is ********* can tell by speaking to him he has no clue about business .

On Thursday October ******* at approximately 7-8pm my teenage son was stopped by a sales associate at **** ******* in **************** to try on jewlery. He was on his way to a job interview at another store in the mall and explained to the associate he was in a rush. The sales associate by the name of ************* insisted he open a line of credit for the items he tried on stating itll be quick man, lets get the info done. My son explained he has no money. So Jyrie told him he would pay the first initial payment for him out of pocket. He asked my son if he had a cashapp account. He said he did. So he proceeded to send him the first payment for the jewelry. They then opened a line of credit for $1300 for a silver bracelet and earrings with lab grown diamond clusters. They had my son give his id and social security number. Securing their sale for bimonthly payments of $123. My son, who is still in high school has NEVER had any knowledge in purchasing anything more than clothes and maybe shoes online. This fraudulent transaction was not only dishonest. But done under the table and out of pocket to secure their sale. These associates refused to give me the information of the corporate offices or a supervisor. I was simply kicked out of the store. Their business transactions I find are incredibly dishonorable and disgusting to be quite honest. They refused to take the merchandise and told me there was no refunds. So now my son is stuck with this line of credit he has no money to pay off. Making it my problem. Its a SHADY business say the least.

Made a contract with this company and they breached their contract and withdrew almost $2,000.00 more than stipulated in the contract. I have all of the evidence and I even contacted the manager that sold me the item. I gave him the opportunity to just return the money, but no answer was given.

Date of transaction was today. I told a guy I saw in the mall that I liked his suit, He convinced me to go into Miyo Jewelry in the mall where he worked, talked me into buying jewelry for my Mom claiming that it was worth more than 1,OOO dollars but sold it to me for what he claimed was a great deal for 200 dollars. Within .minutes I wanted to return it. Was told I would have to pay a 500 dollar restocking fee if I returned it. Told them I didn't want it and gave it back a few hours later with a witness. They refused to give me a return reciept or any amount of refund. It was returned as originally sold with all packaging. They did not disclose about their restocking or return policy, They said that even though I returned the item within hours of purchase in same condition and packaging they would not give me a returned receipt unless I paid them an additional 500. Legally they can't hold me to a return policy that they did not disclose and that I didn't agree to. Since I returned the item after a few hours of making the purchase, they should refund me in full, and should have also provided a return receipt.

Jeweler was selling fake jewelry advertising it as real. I bought some items unknowingly. I proceeded to get them checked the next day I went to return the items the items were given back and no refund was given. Owner of the business contacted me on instagram saying he would not refund the money which is over **** dollars and has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. He currently still has the items so he has the items and my money. The images were the money transactions with ****** the owner. And the conversations about the jewelry. He said his card machine was down so we used cash app instead. I had 2 other people with me that he also assured the items were real and were diamonds. Which turns out they were not.
