  I cancelled my liability insurance because of them the good news is a got a lower quote from another firm. They are a scam, while I sent them everything they requested they still said I didn't comply thats when I realized they are fake. Ignore all communication from them

  0 stars if I could. We received a letter stating my business owed 13k for an audit. We never received any paperwork prior and this place is in ********** we are in ******. The audit is a lie and there should be more paperwork pertaining to said audit. This business should be shut down! Also the fact this business isnt BBB accredited is a super RED FLAG

  They are trying to audit me after 2 years of me stopping my policy , trying to say I owe ******* dollars . If it smells like a scam it usually is one . Dont fall for their shenanigans without talking to your insurance agent . Crazy everything and anything has to be questioned in this day and age

  For over 20 yrs in business Ive never had a claim filed. I swing a hammer not a shovel but one thing I do know about shovels is there are none large enough to deal with this b.s. Never heard of this sham company until the last 3-4 yrs that they have been harassing me and now asking for the same 13k fine as all the others in these complaints. Im done going in circles with these f*** holes. *** me ! See you in court !!

  Total scam, I also LOVE all of the fake reviews they post about themselves on here. Had a business that did $0 but needed insurance, once I was done I let it expire. Couple months later I get a $13,000 bill in the mail for who knows what. Id love to see them take a dead LLC to collections

  It shocked me how many people left bad reviews for this company!!!!!Let me know if anyone knows about a class action lawsuit against these crooks. ************************** They are attempting to make me pay SEVEN THOUSAND. How can you make someone pay for liability insurance on loans and refunds?

  This is April 28th 2024. I signed up with this company September 12 2021--1400$. Didn't sign up the 2nd year just dropped it. But today more than 2 whole years later they sent me a piece of mail that says NOTICE OF EXPIRED POLICY AUDIT. Yet they have never sent me anything or even the first audit, but I know in ********************** for a renewal. Something isn't right about this at all. They should be sending me money back as I haven't did much business at all but seems they purposely are trying to avoid me till the last moment or something. Will update on how this process goes from here.

  This company has been scamming my fathers business for years for thousands of dollars. DO NOT ANSWER LETTERS OR EMAILS. DO NOT SEND THE BUSINESS RECORDS OR TAX INFO. CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

  We've worked with Zoom for several years now, and have been nothing short of amazed by their service. I'm never left of read or waiting for a response. We've worked with tons of companies over the last decade and Zoom has truly been a breath of fresh air. Wouldn't be a complete review without mentioning ********, *******, and ****** who we have worked with specifically. All three have consistently provided us with incredible support and open/timely communication as we work to get the job done. Thank you for all that you do!

  We have been in business for 40 plus years, and Zoom is the best company we have worked with on audits. Their process is very simple. They ask the insured to complete a questionnaire and provide a financial statement, that's it! If there is an audit premium due, they are always accommodating to the insured's request for an extension on the due date and they are quick to set up a payment plan to alleviate the stress of the insured having to pay in full. They resolve audit disputes accurately and efficiently, never asking for anything unreasonable. Many insureds don't understand the audit process and get frustrated that they owe more money for the expired policy term, but this is a normal procedure in general liability coverage. Zoom will issue an "Estimated Audit" bill if the insured does not complete the audit questionnaire but are prompt to reverse the bill once the insured complies and again, this is a very normal procedure in this industry. Overall, their audit process is simple, they respond fast, extremely accommodating and reasonable. It's always a pleasant experience and we look forward to doing business with this company. We love working with the staff at Zoom!
