    An absolute scam. A Bemer distributor who attends my gym heard about my husband's stroke, the cause of which is likely a terminal illness. She decided to corner me in the gym and tell me she is a "Bemer expert" and that Bemer "would definitely save his life." As a medical professional myself, I'm acutely aware that making medical claims, especially claims of "life saving" are at the very least UNETHICAL. The *** is clear that claims like these are entirely improper and punishable. What a disgusting manuever to try to manipulate people experiencing extraordinary grief. Exploiting vulnerability is disgusting.

    BEMER is a class act company that has been around 25+ years. Their customer service is always professional and always promptly resolves any issues that may come up (which are rare). Products are shipped in a timely manner with excellent email communication to track the order. The product is beautifully boxed and presented too. I am very pleased with the entire company.

    Best products and best company ever. Over 8 years we have used the human and equine line and are just getting more excited every day about its benefits and ease of use.     BEMER Buyers Beware If you are thinking of buying PEMF equipment from the BEMER Group be certain that you really want it. They advertise a cancellation policy that guarantees a full refund if canceled within 3 days. What the policy really is that the cancellation request must be made within 72 hours after placing the order. And if that 72 hour period happens to include all or part of a 3 day holiday weekend . . . too bad for you. I made the mistake of thinking in terms of 3 business days and waited until the holiday weekend was over. A costly mistake! Even though the packages were returned unopened they charged me $448 for putting the boxes back on the shelf. No mercy from BEMER!

    Nice front loading of the biggest benefactors of money. I guess you all are reorganizing but the horror stories I"ve heard from the top down are something else. NO customer service. NO calls returned. Desperate people desperate for bulbs for the original products. If anyone wants to get ahold of me I can tell you where a lot of the money goes and for what. I've seen the financials. Isn't Dr. ******* a cosmetic doctor or something? Please. Y'all are on to your next scam. I returned mine to the sales rep and I got it for free. Buyer beware interacting with this company. HIghly unethical.

    I have been using BEMER for over 4 years and absolutely love it. As a health coach I cannot stress how self care plays such a big part in our wellness journey. Since adding BEMER into my wellness routine I have seen incredible improvements in many areas. I love sharing with family and friends to begin their journey to a healthier lifestyle!

    I have been MORE than impressed with both the Bemer product and customer service. Other than sometimes having to wait for a few minutes when I have called to get help, I find the customer service representatives very friendly, effective, and willing to go the extra mile. In March of this year I had a complex issue trying to track down the specific order numbers from a device I ordered, I was a very labor intensive and multi step process for Bemer to track down the specific data I needed concerning several items. I got my answers and I give Bemer high praise as a company that are about its customers, going the EXTRA 10 MILES!I read something about people being upset with shipping information- I had this issue as well, and after researching it, I found the information that is confusing comes from*** not Bemer. Once device has shipped. (The packages come all the way from ******* and must get through customs) believe it or not ***** syste does not have a way to accurately predict the customs process ( sometimes items get stuck there) or the fact that it is being shipped then in a truck from a location in the ******* to get to our local. I got several change messages while eI was waiting for my packages. After calling *** I learned not to pay attention to the date posted don't he EPS site until the message read " Out for Delivery" I hope this helps someone else.I would also say I have been extremely happy with the product. We useit every day. I am a pracitoner and since I have purchase 4 other units that I use to support clients with their healing and health goal. Thank You Bemer!

    We have been using BEMER for over 5 years and love it! The company is very customer oriented. A very well made product! We are impressed that it is an *** APPROVED CLASS 2 medical device. We researched the science behind BEMER on PubMed.gov and amazed at all the scientific articles showing the efficacy of BEMER! One of the best things we have ever done for our health! In our 70s and we have more energy!
