    I would give a minus star if I could. Pre-ordered an elite treadmill in March for a mid-May delivery. You guessed it, mid May came and went and no notification. Reached out to customer service and was told it would be July/August for delivery. I cancelled order on May 21st and was told that a refund would be processed and I should see it on my credit card statement in 7-10 days. It is now 6/16 and no refund. Reached out to customer service and was told they would reach out to finance department. 3 days later had to reach out again and was told I should hear something within a week. I have since disputed the charges on my credit card.

    We understand that there was a delay in the initial processing of the refund. We sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.
    Upon the customer's initiation of a credit card dispute, the original refund request within our system was unfortunately nullified. This is a standard procedure when a credit card company takes over the dispute process, as it prevents duplicate refunds and ensures the dispute resolution process is streamlined through the financial institution.


    However, we want to confirm that Assault Fitness did not contest the credit card dispute. As a result, the refund has been successfully issued to the customer's credit card account via the dispute resolution process initiated by their financial institution.
    We believe this addresses the customer's concern regarding their refund. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service.

    I own a gym in ***** and we purchased an Assault Bike from Assault Fitness. Over the past year the bike has broken three times. We purchased it in August 2024 We had contacted Assault Fitness on multiple occasions about fixing the broken bike but they never once responded to emails or voicemails or answered their phone. We had the bike repaired by *******, a company that fixes gym equipment. On Monday, the bike broke yet again. Again, the business has not answered their phones or emails despite how many times weve called and how many times we have contacted them. They advertise their equipment can withstand anything, however it clearly cannot and their lack of communication is unacceptable. Im hoping to either get a refund or a replacement.

    I own an Assault Fitness Elite Bike. 2 1/2 years old. No problems at all. Unfortunately a part inside the wheel broke. I emailed, called and messaged Assault about maintenance. No response. Had a 3rd party repair company come out and diagnose the problem due to lack of response from Assault. 3rd party repair company also reached out to Assault for part information and availability. No response. Go to website, part not shown. The real workout isn't their machines...it's trying to reach A HUMAN BEING or receive a response from this company. Business model is to sell you equipment and when a SMALL part breaks, sell you an entirely new machine. Business hours 8am-5pm. Doesn't matter when you call, goes to a recording. Message on social media, never read. Send emails, no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Equipment is great until it isn't...All I would like is a response telling me what the part and part number are and if and how I can get a replacement. SHOULD NOT be impossible.

    I bought an Assault Fitness Assault Bike Classic on July 28, 2024. I love the product and use it appropriately weekly and care/store it appropriately. On May 17, 2025, the weld where the crank arm on the bike attaches to the square spindle on the left side failed and snapped off. This is completely a manufacturing issue and I fully expect help. It also clearly states on the website that any welding or frame issues are covered by their warranty. This is super disappointing and I would like to either receive a replacement bike/frame or a refund. I first tried calling the provided customer service number on May 19 and left multiple voicemails. I then filled out a customer service form on May 19 and messaged the company on Instagram on May 21 - neither has been responded to. Their chat bot on their site has also been useless and generic. I don't understand how I can use their warranty if I can't contact them. I am very disappointed that I literally can't speak to anyone and no modes of communication seem viable or real. I know this is a large company that sells to individuals and gyms, so I would expect better. I would like to at least speak to someone to see what my options are for replacement, repair, rebate or refund.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding my experience with Assault Fitness. Approximately four months ago, I purchased a rowing machine from their company. Since my purchase, I have encountered ongoing issues with the machine's monitor, which has not been functioning properly. My attempts to resolve this issue have been challenging, as I have been unable to reach their customer service department effectively.I have made several attempts to contact Assault Fitness to seek assistance with this problem; however, my efforts have been met with frustration due to unresponsive support. Given these circumstances, I believe I have exhausted all available options through the company and feel compelled to escalate this matter.I appreciate your assistance in this matter and hope that this complaint will help bring attention to the issues I have faced with Assault Fitness.     I purchased an assault runner totally over ********************************** a way that I fear to run on it.I have been trying to get assault fitness to come and examine the item but they refuse.They keep asking me for things like video and audio recordings even after I have given it to them they say they cannot use what I gave and I need to give them better video and audio but the machine is very every heavy and I did the best I can with the equipment I have besides nobody told me I had to be a movie expert for them to support my requests.I have been trying to resolve this issue for about 2 months now with very poor response.Even on the delivery they left the machine out in the rain.They do not respond to phone calls

    I purchased an assault treadmill for approximately $3,000 about 3 years ago. For the past couple of months, it has been making a squeaking noise from the right front and rear corners. Reached out to support initially and was given a video on how to lubricate the belt. I lubricated the belt but the noise persist and may have even worsened. Reached out to support again, sent videos and was told I needed to replace the right front and rear bearings. When I asked for a video or paper instructions on how to replace the bearings, I was told that I can call them if I need assistance. First, it is impossible to repair the bearing with some type of instruction and just guidance via phone. Second, I have not heard by from support since as they have not replied to email or answered via phone. I want assault fitness to be accountable and provide some type of guidance to repair the treadmill or recommend a technician who can service their treadmill

    I purchased 2 products (order number *****) then needed to cancel the order within a week of ordering it. The products had not shipped yet. I was informed that my refund was processed on 12/16, yet it is now 1/29 and they have not yet sent credit back to my credit card that I used.

    Placed the order for a treadmill at the beginning of the year. I then found a different option and asked for a cancel and refund. I was told the ****** was approved and I would receive the refund within 10 business days. Once the 10 business days was over, I reached out for an update and was told the 20th would be the latest. After the 20th I asked for another update, which unresponsive for days. I finally received an email back saying they would ask the accounting department and get back with me. I then asked for an update by *** today, which went unanswered. All I am asking for is the over $3000 they have of mine rightfully returned to me. Unfortunately, I can not get any concrete information out of the company on when this will happen.

    Assault Fitness ************** Number - *********** - Was purchased directly from Assault Fitness - Order #***** - Prebuilt crank appears to have been built incorrectly from the factory. It has a knocking noise that can be felt and heard during use. Their support number is set up that no one will answer it, direct to voice mail asking you to use live support or submit a ticket. There is no live support though. They do not respond to voice mails or emails. Reading through reddit forums, I am not the only one having this issue.
