      I've been with Thunder Funding for about 10 years. I never have difficulty getting anyone on the phone. Everyone is always polite and my issues are dealt with expediently. I am a one truck operation and just local and a single mom so my finances are TIGHT. I find them a good source of info about what's going on in the industry. I've even gotten advice about vertigo that was keeping me off the road and this person helped me to get back on sooner! I have a couple of less happy stories about a couple of other factoring companies that are more on the horror side so I'm very happy with Thunder. I have much more money and way more peace of mind with Thunder!I have dealt with 2 other factoring companies. A fleet one that only kept 1.5% and they weren't sending in my invoices to the brokers. When they didn't get payment, they were charging those invoices back to me without ever having requested payment from the broker. I found that out when TQL, of all brokers?!, called asking if I wanted to get paid for a load a few months back. TQL had never received the invoice from my factoring, and the factoring company had charged the load back to me. This factoring company was also hiding my reserves so I didn't know how much was in my reserves. I think they have gotten into issues in the past regarding criminal negligence with fuel cards or something. Thunder? always above board and trustworthy,I also had some dealing with another factoring company, I forget the name, slick interface and marketing, easy to do from the phone, even back in 2018. And they had fuel card. Suppose to save a bunch of money. But when I downloaded all the fuel data. All the per card use charges also came with it. By the time you added in all the charges for using their fuel card, it was nearly the same as what I would have paid without their card at the pump. Slick marketing to cover the fact it wasn't a deal at all. Thunder Funding however, is a good deal, with no slick tactics to fool you.
