    06/25/2024 was the date I purchased and asked for a refund. The amount was $435 My virtual fleet is supposed to be a load board for expedited freight in where carriers can purchase a monthly subscription to bid on original and exclusive freight loads to haul. This is what the owner ******************* would lead you to believe. He is in fact taking these expired loads from the original loadboards like sylectus 123Loadboard and others and claiming they are legitimate loads needing to be hauled. They were at a previous time real but by the time you would see the loads on my virtual fleet they have already been booked. He fails to mention that he is stealing the information off his competitors and that they are not in real time but ***** minutes old. ***** minutes in the transportation industry is typically longer than a load will last on a load board as there are hundreds of carriers competing for the same loads. This renders his service completely obsolete and a scam. He is selling smoke and mirrors and withholding information crucial to choosing his services or not. Hes states there is no refunds but what he says your buying and what you actually get are not the same. It would be like buying a car and when you go to pick up your new car instead of a full size car you can drive they hand you a matchbox car.

    Per My Virtual Fleet so called policy you must give a 30 day notice to cancel account. After asking to cancel account in 30 days he tells me I will ve charged for the 30 days and then he cancelled my access to the site immediately. I already paid for this month's access. He is charging for 2 mobths to cancel account for no reason.
