    I had to remove my daughter from this program due to ongoing safety and professionalism concerns. The owners communication style is dismissive, toxic, and often unhinged, with emails that were unprofessional and ************** of my biggest concerns was the repeated issue of classrooms being out of ratio. This is a serious safety matter, and yet it happened regularly. The owner would often claim she was on-site when she was not. On one occasion, she told parents she was present, but I sat outside the classroom for over an hour and saw only one teacher struggling to manage 10 preschoolers alone. The owner never appeared.I also found it suspicious that for Teacher Appreciation Day, she created QR codes linking to the schools Venmo account, supposedly so parents could send gifts directly to teachers. Later, I learned that none of the teachers ever received this money. Recently, she was on a trip in ***********. I cant help but wonder if thats where those funds went, because it certainly wasnt toward paying her teachers fairly or giving them any bonuses.On top of that, she has kept parents deposits when families withdrew, and I know of at least two parents who are currently suing her over ***** make matters worse, she is not a teacher and never has been. For the safety and wellbeing of the children, and in light of these serious ethical concerns, I could no longer trust the programs leadership or their ability to provide proper supervision and care.
