I've been with this company for many years. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly techs helped fix whatever problems, big or small, my computer had.Excellent customer service. In my opinion, ********************** is best remote computer service online.

5 starsMy daughter got a new computer and I wanted her old laptop so I reached out to LogOn Fix It and they completely fixed up her old laptop and it works good as new! I sent an email request regarding popup virus warnings and amazon packages waiting. This would popup every few minutes even interrupting games. They called me back within 15 minutes and after listening to my problem, explained that this was a quick fix. He offered to talk me through it or to log on remotely to my computer and fix it. Interested in learning to fix problems like this, I opted to have him talk me through it. The fix took about 5 minutes and they would not take money for this. Exceptional service and problem is solved. I highly recommend them for your computer fixes!LogOnFixIt.Com
