  Always wanted an amazing gaming computer! Now that Computers are so much more powerful than any home system I decided to get something epic. I did request a full build and got to customize the whole thing. I even had a change order that was processed in a very timely manner. Once received, some assembly was required, mostly removal of the boxing safety foam and plugging in a few cables. The customer support walked me through it perfectly, via text with photos which really helped. Ive been playing with it for over a week and I could not be happier. I would 100% recommend getting a full build if you do not have a strong background in putting together a system. I have two teenage boys and they love just looking at the beast next to the monitor. Truly much better experience than I could have imagined.

  tl;dr: Fantastic service.I order a custom build Geek Machine from CherryTree as the pricing was very competitive with DIY builds and I absolutely fell in love with the case. But, when I received the *** it was unfortunately destroyed in transit by the (normally reliable) courier deciding to play volleyball with the package. When I contacted them, they immediately processed an RMA, promptly rebuilt the ** (with a small upgrade), and shipped it back out in under a week from the start of the return to receipt of the second shipment. When I received it back, it was operational and you wouldn't know that it when through several rounds as target practice for jump serves. *****, who was absolutely wonderful to work with, followed up immediately upon delivery to make sure everything was working and intact and to see if i had any other questions.In short, it's one of the best customer service experiences of my life (and I've had a LOT) and the ** itself was built to spec with no bloat. Order from these folks, I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

  Incredible craftsmanship goes into every product. The customer service was exceptional and they were more than happy to answer any of my questions while my computer was being built. Once it arrived I was blown back at the detail. I have had this computer for just a little over a year now and the computer is still going strong with several games and adobe projects that I have taken on during this year. I can't say enough good things about the company and its products!

  Absolutely incredible business that sells high quality products, from PC Cases, to fully customization of whatever components you want to be pre-built for you or someone you love. Everything they make, they made it by hand, with a limited staff, yet their products always end up being absolutely wonderful, they're art pieces in their own right. I have purchased their computer cases, as well as a customized NAS for myself, and everything I have ordered has come out fantastic! Not to mention CherryTree has a lifetime warranty on all the products they sell, and they really mean that! When I bought my first PC Case from them, I accidentally fell on it because I have bad knees that give out easily. I emailed the company with pictures of the broken case, and they offered to send me a brand new PC Case, for free! However, I am not the type that likes to prey on the goodwill of an amazing company, so I refused the free replacement, and they talked me into at least taking a 25% discount off the next one I bought, which I did right away. They're always putting on really good sales. Furthermore, their customer service is probably the best I have ever had from any store, business, or company. CherryTree truly aims to please its customers. When the power brick died on my NAS, they sent me out a new one, no questions asked. When I needed help setting up my NAS, the OWNER HIMSELF got on the phone with me and guided me through it, despite being extremely busy. He then gave me his personal cell phone number to call or text him if I ever need help. I have never heard of a business owner doing something like this, and I will not abuse the owner's trust and only contact him at appropraite times and only when needed. His other 2 main staff members Lauren and Maria, are absolute sweethearts and will take their time to help you as well. Phenomenal, absolutely phenomenal customer service. Also, they're based out of the US, but I am in Canada, and I still get amazing service from them.
