    On May 1st, 2022 we went to that business to rent a tuxedo for my son's prom. While my son was fitted, I indicated that his pants and the jacket were too small and too tight. They brought a different pair of pants and jacket that fit better, but I don't remember if they marked everything correctly on the order form. On that day we paid $40 and the balance of $134.95 was paid during the order pickup on May 27, 2022. Unfortunately, I wasn't there for the pickup, otherwise I would have refused to pick up a jacket and pants that looked a size or two too small for my son. I only saw how small the outfit was when my son put it on a few hours before the prom. When I went back to return the tuxedo on May 29, 2022 I asked who I could complain to, and a man told me that I could talk to him. He was defensive and he said that my husband and my son should have said something when they were picking up the order. Unfortunately, they didn't... I told him that for the price of $174.95 the fit should have been perfect. After all, specialists were supposed to find the right fit for my son. I asked the man if they could give me some discount for a misfitted outfit. Now I know that the man, whose name was ***, wasn't serious and professional when he asked me to provide a phone number, he jotted it down on a piece of paper and said that they would contact me and take care of me. Today is July 6, 2022 and I haven't heard from the business. I am attaching 2 receipts and some images showing how small the outfit was. Thank you, ******** PS I am not sure if images are attached since I am not able to view them after attaching them.
