Hello, this company reached out to me about an accident my dad was involved in. The car has insurance and is registered under my name, but I was not there when the accident happened. My dad did inform me when the accident happened. It was a small fender ****** and there was no police report made. When the claims company called, they did not have the correct date of the fender ******. The only information the company could provide me with was mine and my dad's phone number. That's kind of ironic... *********** couldn't get a hold my dad, so they decided I was the next victim. *********** claims to be around for 20+ years but I couldn't find anything but scam reviews. They told me I owed $4,000 but I was not at fault for the accident. They offered me a deal if I paid today at this moment, I would only owe $2,000. Debt collectors do not offer "deals." *********** also threatened me over the phone. I want mine and my dad's phone removed from your call log. I want you to leave us alone and remove this claim.

Our client is ***** who transferred this claim to our office to handle.  This claim came over as uninsured, which by law you must have valid insurance.  When we reached out call was placed to driver ******************** with no response and then *************************** was called because she is listed as the owner.  Our office only receives parties involved, dol, loss descriptions and amount that were paid out by the insurance company.  If any further info is requested by the tort feasor we will have to request it.  Our protocol is to collect balance in full, if someone is unable to pay the full amount, then we are authorized by our client to offer a settlement, if settlement not doable, then we setup monthly payments on the full amount.  This is NOT a debt this a tort claim.  Our office is NOT a collection agency, so we do not follow any Fair Debt Collection Practices.  If a tortfeasor refuses to comply, we simply close the claim down and client will decide how they wish to pursue.  Most of the reviews of our company are made by parties who refuse to pay and say "we're a scam."  This is a prop 213 case which both tortfeasors should look up the laws in CA.

This collection company mail me a collection letter on 12/14/2023 to collect $3,000 for auto accident that I have not involved. The letter demanding me either to send the money through their website or provide my insurance information to them to avoid costly litigation. The collection letter does not indicate any information about the other party involved in the accident. My driver license and vehicle plate number also not included. The specific location of the car accident also not provided. The entire collection letter is suspicious and looks like a scam. They might try to get more personal information about you when you call back. Be careful.

Geico is our client who referred the claim to our office to pursue ***************** for an accident on 09/04/2022.  If **** would call ** or answer his phone then we could go over everything in detail. We're not a scam, been in business over 2 decades.
