We purchased the item from ****** sold by the ChargePoint. There have been several issues with the Charger we purchased and called to resolve the issues. The *** could not help, so it was escalated to the senior. management with the promise to contact me back in 48 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks, and no one has contacted me. One email was received on 07/02/2025 and asked me to wait. Today is 07/08/2025, and no contact has been made. It is an EV charger and I could not use. I had to use my son's car (Gas) to drive to work. I asked for the ***lacement and help to set up, but no response. I am seeking ***lacement, any fee associated, including gas, and mental damage.

ChargePoint **** made 24 charges to my credit card within 24 hours, totaling to over $1000. None of the charges were made by me, nor did I engage in contact or use any ChargePoint products/services within the timeframe of these charges.

Subject: Double Billing and Unauthorized Charge by ChargePoint I am filing a complaint against ChargePoint, Inc. regarding two unauthorized or incorrect charges that occurred in May 2025, totaling $84.41.On May 11, 2025, I was charged $50.46 for a vehicle charging session. Only $16.51 of this amount reflects the actual cost of charging. The remaining $33.95 was wrongly billed as idle time while the vehicle was still charging the receipt shows identical start/end times for both charging and idle periods, which is impossible.Additionally, the May ************************************************ the ChargePoint app. As a result, ChargePoint charged me again on May 13, 2025, for $50.46, even though the original transaction had gone through. This second charge is a duplicate, and entirely unjustified.I contacted ChargePoint support they dismissed the issue and never followed up. I then disputed the transactions with my bank (****), but both disputes were denied, apparently based on inaccurate information provided by ChargePoint.I also sent a formal written demand directly to ChargePoint. They ignored ******** disputed amount: $84.41 This is a clear case of double billing and deceptive business practice. I am requesting a full refund of the above amount and that appropriate regulatory review be initiated.

The keychain tag that I use to activate Chargepoint stations at work has been falling apart for at least two years now. I paid $5.00 for a replacement tag and never received one. Two or three times since then I have attempted to submit requests concerning the undelivered tag, and I have never received any reply whatsoever. (They assign case numbers but there's never any follow-through--the most recent case number is ********.) My current battered tag is held together with an ever-increasing amount of scotch tape and all I want is a new one delivered but apparently they're happy taking money but they're not happy providing this service anymore. Thank you.

Charged me for a huge amount of usage that wasn't me. In fact my car is totally incapable of holding that much power. They give no response after the initial automated "new ticket created" email, no matter how many times you contact. Worthless support that hopes you just say forget it. This isn't the only mischarge I have from them either. 0/10 I wouldn't use them again if my company had any other brand chargers on site.

Used a charge point public charger in **, ** on May 19, 2025. It said charge did not go through on my credit card so I updated the card, and it still had not gone through. I called on May 22 or 23 to talk to a *** who said this was an issue across the **, had me update my card (again--and still didn't work) said it would likely be resolved in 24 hours. Today is May 28; it is still not resolved and called them again. They had me do the same thing (add my card again) and it produced the same outcome (did not charge my card). I need to submit this receipt for reimbursement and have a limited window in which I can submit this and all my other charges for this trip. They have no plan for resolution except to "elevate it" and won't consider canceling the $21.83 charge despite this issue being on their end and being unresolved for a week and a half.

I purchased a charger from Charge Point that was supposed to be eligible for a rebate from ******** NJ and the ******************** and Light Make Ready Incentive for residential customers. These programs list the ********************** Home Flex CPH-50 as an eligible charger. I noticed that there were pricing differences on Charge Point chargers at **********, so I called Charge Point to inquire. I explained what type of charger I needed and that it was important to get the correct model number. Charge Point said they only have two types of residential chargers: one that plugs in and on one that is hardwired. After this conversation, I purchased the hardwired charger from Charge Point. On my emailed receipt, they listed the product as CPH50-Hardwire-L23-K. I called Charge Point again and relayed my desire to get the appropriate charger due to the rebate requirements. They assured me that this was the CHP50. The $585 charger arrived, and I paid my electrician over $2,000 to have it installed. I applied for the rebates and was denied the rebate because it is the CPH50-K charger. I unsuccessfully disputed that claim with Charge Up NJ. Today I called Charge Point and they told me I purchased the updated charger which has a K at the end of the model number. They never told me that when I called the two previous times. There was no way for me to have known this when I purchased it. I believe they updated the charger and intentionally made it difficult for customers to find out that the model number has changed. Charge Point is aware of problems with their updated charger qualifying for rebate programs due to the model number change. I feel they were intentionally misleading, and this misleading information will result in me spending at least $1, 500 more for this project than I had budgeted. I am still waiting to see what happens with JCP&L because that app will take 6 weeks to process. However, Charge Point told me these were being denied for other customers.
