      Barracuda Networks has misled me and made false promises that have negatively impacted my business. They encouraged me to enroll as a *************** Provider (***) for a fee of $200, assuring me that they would refer me to other businesses in need of services and provide additional support. However, they have not honored this commitment. After enticing me into their program, they have offered no support whatsoever, and I have been unable to access or log into my *** account online.Furthermore, Barracuda has a documented history of rejecting payments while claiming that I am recently delinquent. Please note that Barracuda promptly supports them and actively refers their firms to other businesses seeking services. For example, in 2022, when I expressed interest in becoming a client, I reached out to Barracuda to obtain several licenses. Instead of selling the licenses directly, ********************** employee ********* ******** contacted me around August 22, 2022, to connect me with ***** **** and **** **** of Advantage Tech for the purchase.However, since I became a Barracuda *** in November 2023, they have shown little interest in my business, aside from sending me monthly invoices for the $200 fee. Rather than pursuing legal options, I am requesting a full refund of all payments made under the *** agreement, which should total at least $2,000.

      Without my knowledge or consent, Barracuda Networks took my public facing IP address and listed it as having a reputation of "Poor". According to my ******** Service Provider (ISP), Neteo, this fact negatively impacts my ability to freely access the internet because some sites use Barracuda's reputation list to block access to their sites. I have tried to request my IP status be upgraded but no action was taken. I then contacted the company via e-mail (the contact method provided) and have not received a response.No information is given as to the reasoning my public IP address is statused as poor, but the removal process discusses e-mail servers, which does not apply to me, as I do not run an e-mail server.

      I use Barracuda Networks to protect my emails. I have been otherwise unable to get help from Barracuda employees ***********************************, Balaji N, or *******************. They also have not responded to my faxes. I also provided them with my serial number. I have been otherwise unable to get assistance for something that should be very easy to fix.In short, they don't have the correct stylization of my business name in their records. When I log onto their website, I see the incorrect stylization. My business name is stylized in ALL CAPS. ***********************************, Balaji N, or ******************* won't make the changes, even though I have asked them and shared screenshots to point out the error.My business name is a critical component of our minority business model. The fact that they are making it difficult to make this change shows blatant disrespect. I certainly don't have to do business with this company if I have to go through this much effort to get the stylization of my business name corrected.[******** is an ALL PARTY state and I do not consent to recorded phone calls. Please do not call me on a recorded line.]
