              Company has a serous customer service problem. Repair done by them is not done very well and now has an audible POP at start up that was not there when new. Where is the quality assurance here when performing repairs? There is no way you would have not heard this issue after repair if properly checking if the repair was performed correctly. Were inferior components used in repair than from new? Very long repair time and almost nonexistent communication with this company on what’s supposed to be a superior product. Tony and Juan we expect better from you than this.

              I own 3 speakers, my current one lasted less than a year. I emailed diamond boxx they asked to ship it. This was 9/21 and the 1 person who is in charge of customer contact is of zero help. It’s now over 7 days lol barco emailed for an update and zero response. The other responses have been we orders the whole circuit board. Not sure why if diamond boxx is made here why it’s taking so long to fix. I wish someone woke contact me from management because the person in charge of responding is doing a terrible job.
