    Description of Complaint:
On 2023 I signed up for biweekly spa cleanings and maintenance. The issue I encountered was overcharging for pool cleanings for a small spa for $160 twice a month. Automatic text messages declaring the service was rendered when no one showed up and when Tammy the pool cleaner did show up, I notified her on four different occasions that I had to fill up the pool water every two

Despite my attempts to resolve this directly with the business on [insert date(s) of calls/emails/visits], the issue remains unresolved. I have [not received the product/refund/service] or [was charged unfairly, received poor service, etc.]. I’ve attached supporting documents, including [e.g., receipts, email threads, contracts, photos].

    Desired Resolution:
I am seeking [a full refund / product replacement / service correction / apology / other reasonable resolution]. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
days and I suspect that there was a leak or something wrong with the pump. She told me to contact a leak detection service and it cost $300! not once in almost 2 years Did she ever check the filter or the pump.

I contacted the company through text message through email and through direct message on their website. No one has ever responded to me.

There are lots of reviews with five stars, but the reviews themselves complain about how the company is a scam because every time they report that they have visited your home they send automatic text messages with a link to send a review and auto populates with five stars! Not to mention, I called the company when a dead bird landed in my pool and I asked them for specific chemicals and instructions. No one showed up and no one responded to those calls back in April 2025.

Finally, I had to cancel charges with my bank because I couldn’t get in touch with the company at all!

I hired another pool cleaner the filter had been neglected for years and that there was algae buildup, cracks
