    Title: Serious Safety and Ethical Concerns at This Facility I am submitting this review to formally raise concerns about the operations of this rehab facility, which I believe are not aligned with ethical or professional standards expected in healthcare or behavioral treatment settings.During my stay, the facility environment was unsafe and highly dysfunctional. Resident groups operated in gang-like structures, openly engaging in intimidation and coercion. These dynamics created a threatening atmosphere, especially for individuals who did not conform to specific social or racial groups.More troubling was the apparent lack of staff intervention. Rules were not applied equally. In multiple instances, staff either ignored or enabled the behavior of dominant groups, creating an environment where vulnerable individuals were left without support or protection.Therapeutic sessions lacked structure, with group discussions often hijacked by more aggressive participants. Confidentiality, respect, and psychological safetybasic pillars of any effective rehabwere routinely undermined.This environment is not only unproductive but potentially damaging to individuals seeking recovery. I left feeling less safe and more emotionally harmed than when I arrived.I urge the Better Business Bureau to look into this facilitys practices and encourage further regulatory oversight. Clients seeking addiction treatment deserve dignity, safety, and professional carenot exposure to trauma, fear, and chaos.
