      MY UBER ACCOUNT WAS HACKED BUT UBER DOES NOT HELP ME EACH TIME I TEXT THEM THEY TELL ME TO TEXT THEM VIA HACKERS EMAIL HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???

      Company seems to be getting worse and worse. Have twice placed an order and the driver failed to deliver to the specified delivery location. Upon contacting Uber they wont refund, wont credit. They sent the last one off to a "specialist" in email and said I'd get a response in 6-12 hours. Got the response and I got a generic "If you need help speak to our support agents". Reply to the email and the same generic. This company is just thieves with the extra fees and not actually solving problems. They say they cant help after 48 hours but theyll just ignore you hoping you forget.

      Zero stars if I could.While I waited at my front door, my order was delivered to the wrong address the photo proof clearly shows its not my home. I tried to contact the driver immediately, but received no response.When I reached out to Uber Eats, I was told the driver followed policy, allegedly tried to contact me, waited two minutes, and then left. None of that is true my settings are no contact delivery, so why would they wait at all? They didnt even try to correct the error.Uber Eats refuses to refund me. Its just $28, but its the principle: a multi-billion dollar company is stealing from customers over small amounts, knowing most of us dont have the time or energy to fight it.If I had made a mistake, Id own it. But this was their error, and theyre refusing to take accountability. Absolutely unacceptable

      On two occasions, the Uber ******s would pick up my order and on their way to me they would cancel and obviously now in possession of my order steal it with no consequences. This happened last night and Uber reassigned another ****** so this made me call the restaurant since he was already 8 minutes from me. The restaurant confirmed the ****** and that they already gave him my order. At this point the reassigned ****** was given the order 7 minutes before they closed and I wanted her to talk to them about it to confirm. Again, while she arrived she messaged me they were closed so Uber then assigned a THIRD ****** to a CLOSED restaurant. For 15 minutes I tried to contact them and dispute this, but its just constant loophole after loophole to get a live person to help you. Even then, they just opt into saying please have the merchant reach out THEY ARE CLOSED AND YOUR DRIVERS ARE THIEVES. I ended up finding the ****** and saw he got released from jail two weeks ago. Driving a ************* E Class, fresh out of jail and stealing someone elses food is absurd and utterly disappointing. Second time this has happened this year. Will not be using Uber ever again.

      Placed an order through uber eats , food arrived RAW . Reached out to Uber with Photos of the raw food and they stated they wont refund me . 36$ later and aggravation .

      I ordered fresh peaches through Uber Eats from target on 7/24/25. When they arrived, the skin looked fine, but once peeled and cut open, they were clearly rotten inside brown, mushy, discolored, and completely inedible. I took clear photos and contacted customer service immediately.I explained the issue and submitted photos, but my refund was denied multiple times despite obvious evidence that the produce was spoiled. Uber Eats insisted the item didnt qualify for a refund even though it was clearly a quality issue beyond my control.

      I placed order for two entrees totaling $42.66 (tax included). I was not allowed to access the receipt to see whether a tip was included. I tried to review the receipt to determine whether tips were included. I was denied access to the receipt before delivery. Uber applied $59.71 but I had no idea what the additional $17.05 was for. The order came in a timely manner and when the driver came I asked him whether the tip was included. He said he did not know. I told him that since the total order amount was so much more than than the entrees ordered I would assume the tip was included. He said again that he did not know. I give him all the cash I had ($7.00). In the end that two entree simple meal ended up being $66.71 total. Later that night I was able to access the "true" receipt which included delivery fee, service fee, tax for a higher amount and tip. This has all the elements of a scam. The food was fine, nothing negative about the restaurant. As 80+ year-old seniors, our sons try to make it easier for us to get food when we are not able to cook. Such a shame, because what is left on the card, based on the policies of Uber, we may not even get another meal on the balance. I am totally disgusted! It is almost impossible to get satisfaction from this company. I will tell my family to get a cash card. Some local restaurants offer free delivery with no service charges. We would come out way ahead!

      They froze my account and never told me so they left me stranded when I tried to request a ride. There is no number to call so I messaged customer support and every time I messaged them I got a new person who had no idea what was going on. Each person literally made up an excuse from telling me nothing wrong with my account to that I need to send them a picture of my credit card, social security card, and drivers license to verification!!! Its a complete joke. I literally asked them why they need pictures of that info and they responded that nothing wrong with my account yet I still cannot request a ride. I was left stranded and had to call someone to get me! And my account still doesnt work and I still have a 4.96 rating!!!

      I was wrongfully charged a cancellation fee, and here is why:I placed an order at 11:15, and when the pop-up showed that it was going to my old address, I immediately cancelled, this was within or less than 30 seconds, and clock had not even changed to 11:16. Then, I was informed that I had been charged a cancellation fee, claiming that the restaurant had already prepared my order.. of course, its impossible to prepare soup and an egg roll and put everything in a bag within 30 seconds. I called the restaurant itself, My Vegan, and they said there was nothing they can do and to contact Uber Eats.Uber has been making it impossible to reach and get a response from their support team. Im trying all angles.
